We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view. I truly appreciated the calm and relaxing atmosphere. We had a room on the upper floor with an amazing view over the sea. The hotel has a private parking and a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. The staff was very kind and helpful. The cleaning lady made beautiful swans out of towels when cleaning the room, which we found a very nice gesture. Nice details make the stay more pleasant. Definitely would like to come back.

There is nothing not to like. Super clean, amazing staff and great food! We were skeptical originally as our previous all-inclusive stays in Crete were a disaster (poor food quality and general feeling). This has changed everything. Absolutely everything!! Has to be the best hotel experience we've had. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Alex and Christos (the owner) whom we met the most.They treat you like family. The location is excellent and the facilities are great. Large comfortable rooms, very clean and lovely pool to top it off! The breakfast was absolutely awesome and we even got to experience some Greek Culture music and dancing :D Such a fun stay and experience overall. Can't wait to be back! Thank you so much to all you guys for making our stay the best ❤️

Our experience at Iris Hotel was amazing. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, the breakfast that was included in the price was fabulous, the pool and bar were great and the room was spacious, pampering and sparkely clean every day! The reception staff are ready to answer questions with a smile (we booked two attractions through the hotel and they arranged it for us and also packed us breakfast). Plus, Airis hotel is about a minute's walk from a beautiful sandy beach Highly recommended!
