Lovely place..the location is quiet if you want a relaxing vacation,this is the Perfect one,We love that the hotel provides various activities and programs both day and night for the guests.Hubby and i enjoyed specially the night with the live band HEADLONG whch we only heard for five minutes because we came late from the Tour.The variety of food they prepare (if given a chance choose their all inclusive offer) their service never stops..Restaurant is always clean You see the hardworking curly boy bringing out fresh And hot plates and utensils..The employees inside the restaurant never leave any empty plate on the table so It always look tidy and clean..The Guys from the Bar they never rest.. Excellent Customer Service from the staffs they go extra Mile.. when i say extra mile i mean it, the moment i stepped in the Hotel smile from the frontdesks will welcome you.. Kudos to Christina nd katerina.. Christina helped us from the beginning till end providing all extra info we may need, Helped us book the tour and make the best decision since we only have limited time of stay( we tried asking for extension from the beginning but they wer fullybooked😪 so we have to mke the best out of what we have.The room we booked without us realizing is flexible ive never heard bout it but yeah sounds disappointing right but NO..WeLOVED IT.. the new room they provided the next day is even more welcoming with A bottle of Wine awaiting🤩🥰.. Twas our last night so i took my bottle of wine Home and will never open for that bottle of Wine for that will always remind me of the Best Experience I had with CRETE...specially its PEOPLE... Would like to thank once again every single Employees of Gouves Bay Hotel to those we see in front and to those who are at the back of the scene,everybody had their own part to take. KUDOS everyOne!! We had a fantastic stay at Noble Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade — the space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more special. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day. We especially enjoyed the amazing cocktail selection and the thoughtful gesture of wine from the manager — such a lovely touch! Evenings were made extra special with live music, creating a relaxed and cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the highlights was how peaceful and uncrowded everything felt, which made it easy to truly unwind. The pools were spotless and perfect for a refreshing dip, and we were so impressed by the friendly and helpful front desk staff. They gave us excellent tips on exploring Crete and helped us plan visits to some beautiful local spots. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We’re already thinking about our next trip back!

All people here are very nice and caring. They have a sea water pool - actually the main pool. Very nice tennis coaches , big territory , everyone will find things to do . Very cool is that they have a free launch for kids everyday at the buffet. Also I liked a lot no need to have towel cards - towels just available everywhere, use as needed, same as water and no request on room number at breakfast- those are small things that make relaxing home atmosphere! Overall great food and generosity in everything .

Our room was on the 4th floor with the view to the see and the pool. It was beautiful, and clean. It had an air conditioner and a balcony. There were 4 pools, a big one in front of the main building, a baby pool next to it, a smaller pool between the bungalows and the kids pool with slides next to it. They were open from 10 to 18. The staff was exceptional, especially the animators. Lots of program for kids and adults too (fitness, yoga, water polo, dance, aqua fitness, beer pong, etc.). Every night at 8 pm mini disco for the kids and after that more performance. The food was great, almost every dinner had a theme (mexican, italian, etc.), but everything was delicious.

I start with the best thing, the food was amazing at the hotel. I also heard from other guests that they returned here because of the delicious meal. We spend a lot of time at the property's playground with our children. We also had an own jacuzzi next our apartment.
