Breakfast buffet selection was excellent! Location of the hotel with the private beach was a real treat! Rooms were spacious, quiet, beautifully furnished and clean, and we were upgraded to a suite with a private pool!! Absolutely wonderful!! Staff were friendly and attentive! Staff were wonderful people, they are very careful with everything, the view was amazing, our stay was excellent. Rooms were very clean and spacious, we had a huge outside terrace, with two smaller ones near the apartment. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come again to Patmos and stay at the Litois Houses.

Grikos is a pretty sea-front village with five tavernas, one organised beach and two unorganised beaches. It's perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The port of Skala, the main town, is 3 kilometres away, and buses costing two euros run regularly throughout the day and into the early evening. There's also a car and scooter hire establishment for those who prefer their own transport. There is no grocery-store in Grikos, but Skala is close enough to not make this too much of an inconvenience.

Nice hotel in Grikos, 100 meters from the sea. Unfortunately, another hotel has occupied the entire beach, so we had to walk quite a distance to find another beach. We were pleasantly received by the host, and shown a very spacious room. The breakfast was simple but good, and contained everything for a good start to the day. Down in the small harbor there were a couple of nice taverns, and it was a very nice walk up to Chora and the Monastery.

Patmos Villa absolutely exceeded my expectations. The "studio" consisted of a huge living room with a table a daybed, and a sizable kitchen. There was a lovely large balcony as well, where birds would visit every day. Thomas was an incredible host who was generous enough to let me check out later. My friends stayed in a couple of the other hotels on the street, and Patmos Villas had larger facilities than all of them, I highly recommend it!

The studio is cute and well organised. We loved sitting on the balcony having breakfast and enjoying the panorama of the beautiful bay in the evening. We hired a car from Stefanos at a great price and made the most of visiting the important sights on the island. Our host was very kind and met us from the port at no cost. We had a lovely stay in Patmos and truly loved the sunrises

A super family run hotel, such a rarity. Staff are amazing and the location just perfect - buses to the nearby famous monastery are regular, from which you can then walk into the main port . Breakfast on the terrace is great - sea views, what more can one wish for?!
