Sofia and the rest of the staff do a great job in this charming hotel. Rooms are spacious and super clean, with a breathtaking view and a balcony to enjoy sunset in Kamariotissa. Breakfast at the terrace was a thing to look forward to! An amazing view, pleasant music in the background and super tasty food. Hopefully we will come back some day!

The location is very quiet and green, the host was kind and caring and welcomed us upon our night-time arrival. The room was spacious and cooled down easily both from AC and the natural breeze. The kitchen has the basic equipment one needs for home brunch and cold drinks. All in all, a great way to start our Samothraki adventure!

what is there not to like!? the whole exprrience of samothraki is absolutly something to get to feel no matter the season i am positive. "the cottage" is a funky name for a full functional space with everything you need. whenever we called for anything they responded on the spot and offered their help in any matter even at late hours well beyond common sence. the PLACE is perfect for a family of four, or two couples and i am prety sure that if you talk to Kiki (our so kind host) she will be more than happy to acomodate few others in the olive garden and let them put up a tentbor two. there is so much space with plenty of flowers for a nice view in the morning and plenty of shade for relaxation and reading time in a hammok. 3 minute walk to the beach. 25 min walk to the nearest taverna ARGO (ΑΡΓΟ) (very lovely family). 15 min by car to SubSaos diivng center. the olive tree garden, the pale white and deep pink leanders, the quite night, the people, the island itself, the spectacular view of mount Saos who takes up his green and rocky slopes right from the cottage back yard... we were'nt even bothered by the constant cricketing "music" of the cicadas.

The lady that owns the house is very nice, she waited for us with cold water, juice and sweets and offered us a lot of treats. She also offered us a late checkout. She is a wonderful person!

Really nice location, where the ferry lands.

Really nice location, where the ferry lands. It is somewhat isolated from the rest and you do need a car, otherwise it has two pharmacies, markets and decent restaurants, although we ate best outside of Kamariotissa.

Not the most beautiful place if you compare it to other Greek islands.It is a fishing port which has grown slightly to include a number of coffee shops and tavernas.You can find supermarkets, chemist, ATM, bakery ,rooms to rent, scooters and car hire.

A great place for a relaxing, family, or romantic getaway. No large hotels, no crowds. Relaxed atmosphere and beautiful nature all around. Picturesque road to the beaches. Chora is nearby. Excellent tavernas. Beautiful sea.

Obviously, we didn't go to visit Kamariotissa; the island's main and only attraction is the fascinating Sanctuary of the Great Gods. A marvel, almost on par with the Sanctuary of Delphi.

The center of the island, since it is the port, with most of the shops and food and souvenir shops, is truly located in the middle of the island since the distances are equal to reach one side or the other of the ring road.

We LOVED this place. We had been to many in the island but this is the best. Location so you can go to both sides of the island, facilities, sparkling clean but most importantly the absolute best hospitality we have experienced in Greece (and I am Greek :)). Sakis was an exceptional host - offering us coffee, sweets, and in general making us feel like home. Loved it.

We spent 12 days at Aeolos hotel and enjoyed every minute, the location of the hotel and the view is amazing and the attitude of the staff was fantastic, they are very helpful and kind. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, we could choose between continental and local dishes. The cleanliness is extraordinary thanks to the daily cleaning.

It was clean with good breakfast. The best facility in the hotel for me was the cappuccino and espresso machine! They left capsules for 2 every day ! Also there was always a glass bottle of cold water in the fridge!
