This hotel is a jewel - one of the best hotels that we have visited so far. Almost everything has been taken care to perfection. New hotel, nicely designed rooms, great food, amazing staff, good location. We always go in five star hotels, but this one is one the upper class if the five star hotels.

We had a great time here! Everything was super cosy and well thought out. People were very friendly and the owner was a real life saver! When we had trouble printing our tickets, he stepped in with his impressive "hacking skills" and saved the day! Huge thanks for that!

One of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to stay. Everything was excellent. I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel. location was good to reach if you have a car. Wasn't doable with public transport, is also not recommended. Food variety was okay, not bad but not diverse Also gave us a upgrade and we had a small pool in our room, which was fantastic.

We have just returned from our 4 night stay and we cannot fault a single thing. Other than being absolutely beautiful with a focus on wellness, what makes Uzenie so special is the staff. Every single member of staff was attentive, kind and gave exceptional customer service. We celebrated my fiancés 30th birthday here and although we usually avoid returning to the same place, Uzenie is somewhere we could return every year. The food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was of fantastic quality- much better than your average hotel buffet. Nothing was too much to ask for and we cannot thank you all enough for the most wonderful experience.

After an air b and b on the coast, this mountain retreat was the perfect end to our vacation. It was historic but peaceful. Our room had a garden and a big lovely outdoor table. But we found ourselves sitting at various spots around the property by the pool, in the garden, at the outdoor movie theatre on Friday night. Everything was amazing.
