As a family of 3, we had the pleasure of staying at a truly remarkable establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional attentiveness and genuine friendliness from the owners. The level of service we experienced throughout our stay was truly remarkable and left a lasting impression on us. What truly stood out was how the staff went above and beyond to make my brother's birthday extra special. They took the time to acknowledge the occasion and organized a heartfelt celebration that we will always cherish. It's these small, thoughtful touches that set this place apart from the rest. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was simply perfect. The staff's dedication to ensuring their guests have a memorable experience is truly commendable. Chios is one of the most beautiful Greek islands, Panatokios is one of the most beautiful places on this island. This village has an amazing atmosphere created by its inhabitants. Ioanna and Kostis are wonderful hosts, friendly, kind and very helpful. They gave us a lot of valuable information about the island and devoted a lot of time to us. They treat their guests like friends.

We were welcomed very warmly and felt right away at home. Mimosa was an excellent host helping us with everything we needed and took care that we are comfortable. The room we had is wheelchair accesible with a suitable shower and toilet and large door. The hotel has a nice view and is warmly advised to anyone visiting Chios. The only thing to keep in mind is that the road to reach the upper parking area which you need to if you have a wheelchair is a but rough for the car.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, it was one of my best experiences for a beach vacation. The hotel is situated close to the city centre, a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. There is a beach closeby with free sunbeds, while you should also enjoy other beaches that are a short taxi ride like Karfas Beach or Glaroi beach, both cost 15 euros one way. What we enjoyed the most about the hotel was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, they made the experience much better. They were always open to help and very hospitable. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. I am thankful that the cleaning staff even airconditioned the room before we arrived from the beach every day :) We had a package including breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was great, everything you need is there. Dinners included one tapas, one salad, two main courses and dessert for two people. Every meal we had were absolutely top-notch, there was nothing we did not like. We got to experience some very good Greek meals throughout the stay. The hotel buildings are beautiful and historical, very picturesque. I think our 5-night stay was absolutely worth the price and we regretted not booking a longer vacation. Thank you so much for everything and for all your hospitality, we will make sure to recommend this hotel to our friends who want to visit Chios!

It's a bit far from the island center.

It's a bit far from the island center. The biggest problem is the incredibly narrow roads. If you try to drive on roads accessible by motorcycle, bicycle, or foot, like we did, you'll spend two and a half hours just getting the car out of the village center. Carrying luggage without a car is a bit tiring. But I think the silence, tranquility, and peace were worth it.

A quiet, serene, clean, and well-organized town...

A quiet, serene, clean, and well-organized town... The people are as helpful as they can be. There aren't many people, making it a great place to unwind. The sea is clean. The food and beverage venues are clean, and the staff is honest and helpful. Its history and stone structures are perfectly intertwined.
