Stayed in villa Olive from 21/06/2024 to 05/07/2024, it has a big terrace with views of the mountains and the lovely pool. Vamos in the western part of Crete feels more authentic than the eastern part were we stayed previously. There are many restaurant's within a short stroll from the villa serving authentic Cretan food. Also beaches are very easy assessable within a 15 to 20 minute drive. We recently stayed in this lovely apartment for a week and our expectations were exceeded. The area is absolutely stunning. Peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxing. The apartment itself was a real gem. Spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. And the most important- People. The hosts and neighbors were incredibly warm and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, giving local tips and always greeting with a smile. One thing I especially appreciated was how genuine and helpful they were. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a calm, welcoming, and lovely place to stay! Tavern ( next to the apartment) run by the owners is on the different level, once you try food there nowhere else taste the same.

A very nicely reconstructed traditional house. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed for solo travelers who don't like all inclusive. Beautiful view from the terrace of Mount Kástro (we were at the top). Fres is a quiet and peaceful mountain village. Church bells and sheep bells completed the romantic atmosphere that we love so much.

The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

Our stay at this villa was simply excellent! The location turned out to be perfect for our family of four, and we enjoyed a peaceful getaway away from the city hustle and bustle. Within a 10-15 minute drive, we had taverns, beaches, and shops, which made our life very convenient. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos. We particularly loved the spacious terrace where we spent a lot of time, enjoying the fresh air and the views. I want to express special thanks to the welcoming hosts who made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return here again and will recommend this villa to all our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had the most wonderful two weeks at Villa D'Anvers in Chania. The villa is an absolute gem—modern, impeccably equipped, and designed for ultimate comfort. Every corner of the house exudes style and functionality, making it a true home away from home. The peace and tranquility of the location are unmatched, and the breathtaking views are something we’ll never forget. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the sunset from the terrace, every moment felt magical. In all our years of traveling to every corner of Greece, this has probably been the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the warmth and kindness of our hosts, Christine and Nihat. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, attentive to every detail, and always ready with helpful suggestions. We can’t recommend Villa D'Anvers enough—perfect for anyone seeking luxury, serenity, and a genuinely unforgettable experience in Chania.
