All the personnel were exceptionally kind and helpful, making my stay at Grecotel truly unique—I felt completely at home. Congratulations to the entire team on the amazing job you do! The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and Casa Marron offered the best value for money I could ever ask for. This was already my fifth visit to this resort, and it continues to stand out every time. I will certainly return, not only for the excellent facilities but above all for the people and their wonderful attitude. I also appreciated that my room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. This is exactly what Greek hospitality is all about. I can’t not stress how amazing our stay was. It was only a one night after we arrived by ferry. We had some issue traveling (late ferry, thunderstorms, sickness). The staff went beyond to accommodate us and gave us really a 5 star service. From reception desk, to the bar staff, the breakfast and cleaning staff, thank you 🙏 The hotel is great, just outside Patras, parking, restaurant, on the sea, quiet … spacious. We had a free upgrade which was really appreciated. The room with the sea view have big balcony which are a great plus to enjoy the sea view.

Very large, private and nice looking house, excellent Wi-Fi, everything very well taken care of, including how the beds were made. Very large and comfortable shower. The lady who welcomed us was really kind and very willing to explain everything about the apartment. A very friendly and pleasant person. Quiet apartment, with two bedrooms and a beautiful garden outside. Big and comfortable beds. Private parking very close to the house. Due to a small misunderstanding (which was our fault), the lady and her son were extremely kind and gave us a gift to apologise. So kind! But there was nothing to apologise for, as the mistake was ours and not the owner’s!

The apartment is so beautiful and clean with nice pool outside. Our host is so nice and we felt very welcomed during our stay. They even come to Patras bus station to pick us up. If I ever visit again I’ll definitely stay here again!
