I can only say that our stay was exceptional. I highly recommend the apartment on the ground floor for people travelling with kids: spacious, bright, direct access to the pool. The owner will do everything to make your stay easy and comfortable! We were provided with a travel cot and a baby chair. Kitchen is well equipped, rooms can get fully dark even during the day, and all doors are new - these are all small elements that make a huge difference when travelling with a baby!! Breakfast is rich in selection and coffee/orange juice is fresh. We can’t wait to come back to Crete and to this property!

The staff is truly friendly. The breakfast is fine - comparing with a 4 star hotel in Crete, the one served by Sapphire is better. (salted and sweet dishes). A high appreciation for the coffee served. It is not the specific coffee at the machine as in majority hotels, it's prepared with quality coffee and milk. The location is new and spotless clean. If I come back one day, for sure I would choose again. More than this, if you want to visit the west beaches 🌊of Crete, Kissamos is a strategic point. The suite is equipped with enough tools for cooking.

The BEST hotel in Greece!! A place that truly represent what true hospitality is. It was over expectation. Niki, Katerina and Giannos are friendly, nice and super helpful, they made us feel like home and we miss them already. The rooms are very clean, love their housekeeping service. Location is perfect and we had the BEST shower in Greece. Highly recommend to stay here.

Our room offered a beautiful sea view, it was spacious with a nice balcony. Loved the sandy beach directly in front of the hotel, and they provide complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests- which was a great gesture! We appreciate friendly and helpful service from the staff, they even provided some wine and refreshments for my partner’s birthday. Excellent breakfast spread enriched with Cretan delicacies.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for three nights, just lovely. A small hotel next to the sea with few people (about 10 rooms) so there is silence, you only hear the sound of the waves. The hotel is managed by a charming family that provides service from the heart, at any hour for any request. Breakfast they prepare is sufficient, the bonus, eating on a square outside the hotel next to the sea at sunrise, perfect. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from a promenade with taverns and a 5-minute drive from the main street, a 10-minute drive from the port of Kismos from where you can sail to Balos. One hour drive from Alfonsi beach. In short, the hotel is suitable for couples looking for quiet on the beach with access to all the other attractions in the area. An opportunity to say a huge thank you to the family that runs the hotel.

Nice sand beach, very cool exterior design. Very welcoming and warm staff, everyday cleaning was perfect, breakfasts are good, vary a little each day. Reception staff was very helpful, in particular with finding local trips, activities and transportation.

Freshly new, very cosy & spacious apartments in Kissamos center. Just few steps away from coffee shops, supermarkets & restaurants. 10-15 min walking distance to the beach. Rooms are equipped with everything you might need. Super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and balcony to enjoy the morning coffee. The hosts are nice and the check in/check out process super easy. 10 out of 10 experience. Would give all 20 if the property would have a pool available! :) Truly recommend!
