We have spent a night at Hotel Philippos in Livadia on our way to Crete... we arrived late at night after an exhausting road trip, where the night auditor welcomed us on a very friendly and professional way explainining with every detail, what we needed to know about our stay!! We were upgraded to a superior room overlooking the pool and the beautiful surroundings. The bed was very confortable maybe the best we had in years!! Buffet breakfast was served the following morning, which we found very delicious. But the most wonderful thing about the hotel was its people !!Very gentle, polite and friendly, made us feel like home, even if it was for a night.. Many thanks to all of you and especially to Teti, Nikos and Sakis.. We will be back!! Vasiliki and Axel

Location very central and easy to drive to, and had parking. Nice coffee in the morning and a bakery on the corner outside for something to eat.

The hotel is very close to the town centre. The hosts were amazing in giving us details and also a welcome drink. They speak English well. The room was super clean; the shower was amazing. Very recommended …. And the town is a good stopover toward Delfoi/Delphi.

A nice, well-kept building with private parking at a quiet location, next to the must-see historic landmarks of Orchomenos. We booked a room so we could visit the town of Livadia that is only a short drive away and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was tastefully decorated, clean, and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, there was a lot of storage space and the bathroom was very spacious. We accidentally booked the accommodation for an earlier date than intended and we didn't even realise it, but the hosts were very kind and did not charge us extra.
