Exceptional view to Chora. The home was super comfortable with all amenities including washing machine. The homemade cakes delivered to us were such a lovely, personal touch. Ms Popi and Antonis are excellent hosts, always very polite and friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Everything perfect. Irene and Virginia are two fantastic hosts, always there for questions, suggestions, and even more. The rooms are very well furnished, silent and with a great view. They also let us find typical product in our room, as a present. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful location, by one of the best beaches in Astypalia. Perfect accommodation(Starfish), great views, spacious, clean, everything provided. Aleka and Ilias were amazing hosts, so friendly and always available to help. Breakfast by the beach is awesome. Overall, exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend and will hopefully come again.

The owner of the place was very kind (Poppy). She was always present and very considered. The first day we found the coffee and milk and sweets for the next morning, it was very thoughtful and kind. For any questions that we might have, she was there to help us. The room was very clean and well furnished. We had a great time in Astypalea. Thanks again.

It was spacious and had everything we needed. Great service, although we were there for two nights, our room was cleaned every single day including the day we were checking out. We asked to check out late and they allowed us to do so with no extra charge and still cleaned our room. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to go!

The room was very nice, very comfortable beds and the view at the port made our stay great, even for one day. Parking a couple of steps from the hotel, overall, the hotel is definitely worth it. There's no elevator, but people who really need one should read the description first.

popi came to pick us up from the port and gave us information about the island. the studio have a nice terace, everything is clean, the towels and linens are smell so fresh. she set up breakfast in the morning and it was so delicious. the location is very good to walk to the castle and windmills

Everything was super. Pretty & Cosy studios, which are close to both Pera gialos and central square. Everyone was nice and willing to give us some tips, the owner drove us from the port to the rooms. Surprisingly we were getting every morning breakfast, such as traditional pies & handmade cake, which was so kind. Aphrodite Studios provides all the utilities, if you'd like to cook. There's also an espresso machine. Everything was super clean, mattresses were comfortable. The balcony is facing pera gialos, and you have a great view on the sea/sun landscape. . We were so happy for taking our breakfast on this Terrasse and being hosted by those lovely people :) Thank you so much for everything 🙏

Livadi beach is wide and therefore not too crowded.

Livadi beach is wide and therefore not too crowded. An umbrella and two loungers cost between 10 and 15 euros. Livadi is an excellent base from which to explore the island and its many beaches, thanks also to the convenient and efficient Astybus service, with multiple stops in Livadi itself. Among the restaurants worth mentioning, we recommend Para thin alos and Gerani.

Windless beach in all weather, gentle organization with umbrellas and sunbeds, excellent restaurants, mini market. The restaurant ASTROPELOS proved to be the best in food and service in all of Astypalaia.

The beach, both public and private. The sea, always calm.

The beach, both public and private. The sea, always calm. The shops and restaurants, for all tastes. The proximity to Chora, without the crowds and parking problems. Above all, the locals, kind, helpful, and extremely welcoming.

+ The laid-back Greek lifestyle - perhaps the sound of mopeds, a relic of a bygone era, in the morning (but you have to work, after all) and a few mosquitoes... it all depends on your skin! One major drawback of the island: several public dumps, especially near the port, where plastic waste blows in all directions, making the landscape desolate!!!

Livadi is in a great location both for going to Chora and...

Livadi is in a great location both for going to Chora and for heading to the most beautiful beaches on the west coast... plus, it has some good tavernas where you can eat very well and at a cheaper price than in Chora! The beach is lovely, and the water is crystal clear everywhere!
