We liked everything. The place is clean and beautiful, the view from hotel is amazing. And Maria and her husband was wonderful! We stayed in 4 different places in Crete, this one was the best! Oh, and food at glykeria restaurant was amazing too!

This place is fantastic in all ways. A little pearl above the magnificent Elafonisi beach! You what to be on the beach all day and than just relax in this beautiful little home quiet and clean with roses and fig tre on your terrace. The hosts are very nice and helpful

Fantastic location, quiet, simple but stylish, beautifully decorated rooms, neat mini gardens, clean, comfortable beds and really lovely owners that provide the best of service. Very nice with crackers and coffee/tea for a light breakfast or snack. The mini super market is literally around the corner and it is not more than 1-200 metres to Taverna Kalomirakis that serves superb food.

We absolutely loved our time at Panorama Apartment. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The view was simply stunning—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset. One of the best parts is the location: Elafonisi Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen, is just a 20-minute drive away. It made it so easy to plan beach days without a long trip. The highlight, however, was the host, Irene: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our trip special. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

I really liked how peaceful and beautiful the place was. The apartment was very clean and modern, and the private pool was perfect for relaxing. The location is great—close to Elafonisi Beach but still quiet and private. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt well taken care of. Great spot for a relaxing stay in Crete!

Fantastic accommodation! We stayed in the ground floor apartment. The furniture in every room was of high quality, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — including an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and even complimentary capsules. The bathroom managed to feel both authentic and modern at the same time. Needless to say, everything was perfectly clean and well kept. The apartment has a spacious inner terrace, shaded by decades-old ivy and a grapevine pergola — truly beautiful and relaxing. Our host, Anastasia, welcomed us with a variety of delicious treats. Throughout our stay, she kept surprising us every day with something special: fresh tomatoes, grapes, figs, or homemade pastries.

Lovely little village with incredible view of the sea, some very good tavernas, empty beaches nearby and some main attractions 30 minutes away (by car). If you are looking for places which are not crowded all the times, but takes your breath away, Livadia is the place to go!
