These apartments are newly built and are spacious and very comfortable. The room was beautifully cool with a very good kitchenette and pleasant outside balcony. It was easy to find in a very nice small village where we had great meal at the taverna near the church.

Great location, house had everything needed for a short stay. Lots of games and toys for the kids, plenty of space outside with a nice amount of tables and chairs. The outside shower was lovely! The beach directly outside the house was wonderful, safe without shoes, with a good place to jump from a rocky outcrop, a short swim from the beach. Loved there was a set of beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us. The nearby beach of Vrachos is extremely well equipped for all types of people. There are life guards, facilities for disabled persons to get changed, toilets and special chairs to access the sea. Lots of other activities like, Splish Splash Waterpark, jetski, parasailing, etc.

Amazing property for a perfect vacation - the terrace with the private pool and the sea view is what we came for! And all the rest is perfect too - all the facilities, spotlessly clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, etc., the small little nice gestures here and there (like the water, beer and fruits in the fridge), the great recommendations for restaurants and taverns… But above all that, we really greatly appreciated the hospitality of the hosts: Sevi and her family made my birthday special - thank you for everything! We’ll be happy to come again!

Nice, large, clean apartment with air-conditioned living room. We spent a very pleasant 7 days here (3 adults and 1 big child). Many beaches and shops are easily accessible nearby. We parked with our car safely on the wide street. There is also a free parking space in the garden. The host is very kind. Thank you very much Lena.

Small Village near the sea full of rent rooms and few small hotels, tavernas , supermarket . Its few kilometers near Vrachos-Loutsa beautiful beach. Nice location about 35 kilometers from Preveza or Parga.

Such a perfect holiday!

Such a perfect holiday! We stayed at the large appartment with the terrace. Not only was it with the sea view, there was a lemon tree with lots of lemons on one side and a 600-year-old olive tree on the other. We felt extremely fortunate to be able to stay in a villa with such a beautiful garden. There was a banana plant, a Norfolk pine, kumquat and other trees and plants. There was also a swallow nest above the front door so we watched the chicks beeing fed. The owner was very friendly, helpful but never intrusive, a perfect gentleman. We had a great time swimming in the bay with some rocks, lots of different kinds of fish and even a turtle! That was definitely the highlight of my holiday. Ligia is a small quiet village with a shop, bakery and 3 restaurants in a short walking distance. Our favourite restaurant was close to the shop. We went on 3 great trips to see picturesque Parga, Lefkada – Porto Katsiki Beach, the lighthouse and the waterfalls – all worth seeing. The last trip was to see the ancient city of Cassope. The view from the top of the amphitheatre, which was made for 6000 people, is a must see! I even found a big tortoise munching on some roots there! We will treasure our wonderful memories forever! We were pleasantly surprised how good the property is. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom very clean, the balcony has amazing view. The beach is 3 min walk, very clean water. Taverna is close by. The swimming pool is big and clean. There is parking available at the hotel. We liked everything about this property and for sure will go back there.
