The best hotel we’ve stayed at. Absolutely incredible. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Already thinking about our next trip at Canale. The hotel is beautiful and clean but the staff is what truly sets Canale apart from every other luxury 5 star hotel. The staff is absolutely incredible; kind, knowledgeable and always ready to help. The property was in a great location, it was clean, filled with light, good facilities, included breakfast was lovely and the staff were so friendly. Albert even drove us 45 minutes to Sami ferry port because we were in a bind with taxis and sat and had coffee with us while we waited for our ferry.

The hotel is located at a great location for navigating the rest of the island as well as a great location in the city itself being at the center of happenings with a nice view of the central square from our room. This however could be an issue for people having trouble sleeping since you will notice the music and the general murmur of the people in the evenings. Despite that, I have to say that my girlfriend and I had no trouble sleeping. Other than that I would like to highlight free hotel parking, friendly staff, very clean room and premises.
