We had an amazing stay at Villa Sophia Elena. The host was so welcoming and kind. He met us late, as our flight arrived in the evening. He even gave us some beers and apples. The apartment was clean and well decorated. I would highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, which has been furnished with great attention to detail. It really does look as great as it does in the photos and is very spacious and cozy. Everything has been thought of. There are even parasols to borrow for the beach and mosquito plugs for the room (which you don't need, though, as there are even fly screens). The apartment was cleaned and the bed made every day, and fresh towels were provided for the pool. The pool is perfect for relaxing, it is very quiet and everything here is also beautifully designed. You feel completely at home and want for nothing. It was great to enjoy breakfast on the small private terrace in the courtyard. We highly recommend ordering breakfast from Anna the day before; it is delivered fresh to your door and tastes wonderful! Of course, you can also prepare your own meals in the kitchen, which is fully equipped. The location is also very good, as there is a bakery, restaurants, and a small shop within walking distance. You don't hear any noise from the airport here. We still recommend renting a car to explore the island's beautiful beaches and small towns. Simply fantastic! We also particularly liked the fact that there are only five rooms, making the hotel really small. We usually had the pool all to ourselves. You feel right at home at the Poesia Hotel, and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Anna, for everything!

The house was perfect for our family, our two children are 9 and 11. the beds wery very comfortable, the kitchen and living room spacy and comfortable. Ideal swimming pool, garden and terrasse. We even got a free bottle of wine upon arrival. Very helpful hostess who gave us tips for beaches, restaurants and trips. When we left the house we forgot our passports and one credit card in the house and we realised when we were on the ferry towards Zakinthos! Stefanos, the owner, was extremely helpful and serviceminded and sent us the package with the next boat. Thank you so very much😊

What I liked most was that it has beautiful beaches, a great location for beautiful sunsets. It is close to the capital Agrostoli. But it is a small place, there are not many markets, cafes and places for entertainment. But everything nearby is easily accessible. I liked it and would go again

Was stopping in Kefalonia for 2 weeks holiday and had a late fly back so booked this place for a long day… was a stunning place 2 mins walk to the beech ( we stopped in a villa with pool overlooking the sea and my wife said she would have rather stopped here) it’s all new and very modern

Another wonderful stay,the owners' hospitality couldn't be faulted,nothing is a problem,the breakfast delivered to your room is a delight.They make you feel at home.Situated close to the Airport,its a perfect base to explore the Island.

- nice appartment complex with beautiful garden, near the airport, quiet area, 5 mins walking to the beach ( very nice one), all clean & comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed & the balcony is a perfect spot for sunsets

Flight got cancelled so was a last minute overnight stay only. Location perfect for the airport. Room was clean and a good size, bed was comnfortable, shower very good and fridge with water a bonus.
