The whole accomodation was a dream but besides the amazing Superior Maisonette Suite and the pool I was happy and lucky to experience that every single employee was very lovely, warm and welcoming, kind and professional. In collaboration with the next door agency I had amazing guides that showed me around so I could witness the beauty and charme of the island. It was the perfect place for me to find peace, sun and the ocean in front of their door. An absolute dream!!! I can highly recommend this oasis! :)) THANK YOU!

Our host (Dimitrios) was super responsive and helpful. Our ferry was delayed and he stayed connected and patiently waited for us to arrive. The house was precisely what we needed and the location suited us on the "quieter" side of Santorini. We had such a pleasant experience with this property and its services. Thank you Dimitrios! Our stay was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, neighboring two other similar properties. It consists of two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a kitchen–living room area in the middle. In my opinion, it can comfortably accommodate more than four people. Outside, there is a beautiful terrace with a pool. The pool is more for leisure and relaxation than full swimming, but it serves its purpose perfectly. Around it, you’ll find sunbeds and an outdoor sofa. The terrace is accessible from every room, which is very convenient, and it offers wonderful views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, as are the other rooms. The house is located directly on the beach, so you can easily go for a swim and return to relax by the pool. The beach is rocky, as is the sea access, but it’s very clean and wonderfully quiet—almost as if you are on a deserted island. The sea can sometimes be wavy and a bit difficult to swim in. Beach sunbeds are also available at the accommodation to take with you. If you prefer a sandy beach, there is one at Monolithos, though in our opinion it’s not as nice as the local one. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, but better restaurants are a bit farther away. A rental car is highly recommended, as the main Santorini attractions are not within walking distance. That said, we did notice that the bus service runs frequently, with bus stops located all around the island. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank our host, Beathrice, for waiting until 1 AM to check us in (our flight was delayed by three hours) and for kindly offering us a ride from the airport in case our rental car booking fell through.

First of all, great welcome and care from Anna, she has the gift of making one feel immediately at home. The photos are great but even after seeing them you will be surprised at how big the place actually is. The terrace quite big too, with a great view on the sea and the mountain, great for romantic dinner under the moonlight. All rooms are beautifully decorated giving the whole place an artistic feeling. The beach is 1-2 minutes walk from the house. Monolithos is a nice small village, not touristy at all, which is rare enough on Santorini.

There are only a few eating places close by the hotel but...

There are only a few eating places close by the hotel but Captain Loizos tavern was excellent. A large choice on the menu and each one so good. Memories Hotel was a good place to stay and were very helpful including arranging taxi transport from the airport to hotel and again from the hotel to the port.

Not the area I would recommend for those expecting the...

Not the area I would recommend for those expecting the Santorini experience you see in pictures unless you just want to be close to the beach and then plan your transportation to get to areas with more to do and see. If you’re a family that can come more often, or don’t mind driving yourself around it’s a good value.

4 restaurants, a large beach, especially for families, as the sea is below 70 cm deep for more than a hundred meters. You can take the bus to Fera, and from there all over the island. The airport is on walking distance (2 km), but don't walk it when its hot. It is a very small airport, so you can endure the rising planes. The Italian restaurant at the corner serves also under the trees across the street. After 19.00 that's the best place to be, in the shadow, near the sea.

The hand delivered Breakfast with three options is something you dont see these days . Absolutely smashing array of local delights. Having spent 4 days in Santorini and savoring the sights of Oia and Fera , the beautioful attractions as shown in brochures , I recommend a more isolated area like Monolithos and especially the Mylithos suites, it was an oasis in a hilly and barren location with a lot of local residences - walking into lovely eateries by the beach road. It is for those travelers who prefer places "off the beaten path"

Going there over winter break (Christmas week) we did not...

Going there over winter break (Christmas week) we did not anticipate any crowds, but there were several areas that were absolutely closed for the season. But there were plenty of places still open for food and shopping, and we enjoyed the lack of crowds as it helped us get fantastic photo shots of both sunrises and sunsets. A rental car is a must, and the of Oia was particularly enjoyable.

we loved Monalithos ,we were at the beach every day then up to the restaurant t for beautiful salad and cold beer and some greek fried tomatoes in herbs ,enjoy lunch read and have a swim and go walking along path rocks very safe and up at five shower and bus into Fira enjoy an amazing evening sundowner absolutely magnificent have a lovely cocktail on one of the many fabulous bars overlooking the sea pure magic then head for some fab greek food what a place .simply life dosent get better .loved it

Great location, away from the hassle of fira and oia, just what we wanted! Super comfortable if you are travelling by a car, if not there is a bus stop just next to the hotel however buses are not that frequent. There is a beach and a market just across and near the hotel which were very convenient. There are also restaurants near the hotel. All in all its a beautiful and covenient hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend it 100%!! ❤️

Egzim was a phenomenal host going the extra mile and providing for us whenever we needed. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Two minute walk away from Monolithos family beach.
