Comfortable to stay. Very clean. Staff are very welcoming especially Stefano and Katerina in the reception. They are hospitable and happy to help and gave many information needed. Stefano and Katerina are very good on what they do best. Communication is very clear.

I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

We were a group of 20 people and they served both breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. The rooms were nice, comfortable and the staff was very, very nice. Also the location is very good because you just cross the street and you are in the city old town. I recommend the hotel and I will come back with next group for sure.

During our 3-day stay at Kydon Hotel, we found nothing to dislike. In fact, it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at in Crete. The location is excellent, with convenient parking facilities. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Speaking of the staff, a special thank you goes to Kiki. She consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Her fantastic French and her invaluable advice on the best beaches to visit in Chania made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was always spotless. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend Kydon Hotel to anyone visiting Crete.

Everything about El Greco is simply wonderful. Location, accommodation, breakfast, facilities and staff. El Greco was also so accommodating when we missed our ferry to Santorini that they happily extended our stay for a few more nights taking extra care of us for the additional days. It is located at the heart of Old Town in Chania, a 2min walk from the parking lot / taxi meeting point, 20min from the city's central bus station, 10min walk from the shopping center and just a 10min walk from Nea Chora Beach (the best part). Next door is an incredibly good restaurant called Kalderimi which is a must-try when in Chania too! Thanks to El Greco for making our stay so wonderfully memorable!

Our stay at Elysia was one of the best ones, I've had; fantastic is very little to describe it! From the front desk ( which was very helpful with all my small questions I've had, always with a smile on and positive energy at all times), to the breakfast staff, our experience was wonderful! All was tentatively placed around us, we felt wholesomely welcomed and right at home- everyones went the extra mile and everything was impeccable! Thank you Elysia Hotel, made our vacation reach a perfect score! Everyone should indulge themselves with this high quality of service, hospitality and experience! Definitely will be back again!

It was very well located everything was an easy walk. All tours pickup point were just down the road. The facility itself was amazing. Sea views, comfortable beds! The staff were helpful and friendly, the housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job. We had a great time
