We loved the location. The property is stylishly furnished and decorated and in a quiet area. A very spacious kitchen dining and living area combined with lovely bathrooms, showers and very comfortable beds helps creates a very chilled relaxing atmosphere. The balcony is very spacious and well equipped with lovely stylish patio furniture and it overlooks an olive grove, which is gorgeous. We enjoyed having our breakfast out there each morning and also enjoyed a nightcap out there before bed. There is a laundry room downstairs with two machines and an ironing board and iron. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating and also quick to respond to any questions we had. The beach, beach bars, cafes, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bus station are just a short walk away. It is a perfect location from which to explore all that Moudania has to offer.

Nea Moudania is a small town on the seaside which is developing quite fast. There are plenty of new roads and new facilities and even a new amphitheater near the sea. In the town we found a lot of nice resonants with variety of cuisines, pizza and past bar, and fresh fish! Where are a nice bars, as well. We enjoyed a lot this small town and we would like to return there soon.

Nea Moudania is a good starting point if you want to visit other beaches as well as other places both in Kassandra and in Sithonia. It has a beautiful church located on a nearby hill that is part of the town itself and dominates the landscape at night.

The beach was great, clean, the water was wonderful.

The beach was great, clean, the water was wonderful. The bars on the beach are ok, not to expensive. The restaurants in the harbor are great, wonderful food and very nice people. BUT, the city is very dirty, garbage everywhere, a lot of uncut grass and weeds, stray dogs everywhere, things in construction but no one was working there in the 10 day we spent here...so, sorry for the beach and the restaurants, but the city is just not worth it...

It's location is very close to very attractive beaches, especially those secluded where locals go like Krab beach... It's a small town with relatively new architecture, clearly the most iconic landmark in town is the Church of St. George. You can park your car everywhere without fee, people are relaxed.... Marketplace is outstanding but it's only on Wednesdays, look for Stavrofilos feta which is traditional and simply the best feta that you'll ever try!!! Βαρελακια is the best place for giros, then Erodios and in it's vicinity is Nea Potidea with three fabulous restaurants: Marina which is a bit fancy, expensive but offers very good fish dishes, Argonautes where lots of locals eat, tasty food, leisure atmosphere, moderate prices and not for those who don't like cats, and Ta Castra same as Argonautes except cats!

Veru nice property, near to the main street, markets, food restaurants. Even is in the city, there are no noise. Appartment is fresh new with all needed accessories. There are air conditioning in all rooms, tv also. Very pleasent staff, big thanks to Effie for all recommendations. Recommend this apartment for both families with and without kids. We went to beach with car since we have small kids but it can be nice walk also. Very satisfied with everything!

I like everything 😃 great location, the hotel it’s self was refurbished with modern facilities, comfortable beds and the floor was so nice to walk barefoot. The Owner was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast they served was delicious and deferent. Room was cleaned daily, parking find every time always in front of hotel. The balcony nice with modern furniture and space. We received upgraded room with no extra charge. It was lovely.

An exceptional host. Comfortable, cozy and clean apartment with a nice balcony. Feeling like you are at home. An exceptional beach is very close. The city center is within walking distance. In the next street there is a street market every Wednesday with an excellent selection of food and clothes. In general, a recommendation for everyone who chooses to stay in Nea Moudania.

The seaview from any window was priceless! 🌟 The owner, Hristos is kindful young man, avaliable 24/7! App.is full equipted, everything is new and very tasty arranged🌟 Location is excellent, either for the center, or the beach🌊 that part of the city is quiet, only sound in Sunday were the curch bells 🌞 Hope we'll come again 💖
