Everything about the proberty was absolutely amazing. First of all, the whole stuff was there for us 24/7. Whenever we texted receptionist, she answered immediately and fullfilled all our requests - we needed a sharp knife to cut some fruits and in a minute we had it in our villa or after a week there we had some problem with water in our hot tube and the stuff came immediately to change the water. We had no words to describe how responsible, hard-working, kind and willing was the stuff. Moreover, they accepted if we had some special requests about food, they gave us even two bottles of wine as a gift. The food was delicious, we liked mainly breakfast where we could pick from huge variety of dishes such as pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelettes and many more. For dinner we had usualy some traditional dishes from Greece. We could pick from 4 different dishes and 2 desserts. The best thing about our stay was the accommodation. Our villa looked better in real than on the Internet. It had 3 floors, 3 bathrooms, private hot tube and everything was clean. We came to Olympiada at 10 pm due to late flight and they left us some food in the villa for dinner what we appreciated too. Surrounding area is a calm village with opportunities to hike or rent a boat and visit some beautiful places around. There is also nice sandy beach with clean water and no jellyfish. We definitely recommend this property to all people.

A dream stay! The location is excellent — very close to the beach, with a lovely pool perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just like in the photos. A big bonus was the owner’s restaurant, Karavopetra — the food was absolutely delicious! The host was kind and attentive, and we felt very welcome. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Olympiada is a great place to visit with your family and kids. The beach is very nice with sand and shallow waters. there are very nice restaurants on the beach with very good food and amazing service.

We were very disappointed with our stay.

We were very disappointed with our stay. First of all, the hotel we were expecting was not the one we arrived at – during the email exchange, the property contacted us from Hotel Liotopi instead of Akroyali. This felt very misleading and tricky. Inside the hotel, there were two stray dogs, it was dirty, and the evenings were very noisy. The rooms were extremely small, with toilets and showers so tight that it was uncomfortable to use them. The beach situation was terrible. There were people (mainly Bulgarians) who left their towels and clothes on the sunbeds day and night to reserve their spots. Because of this, we had to walk a long way with our child just to find a free place. The beach itself was dirty, full of cats that used the sand as a toilet. Parking was also a nightmare. There is no parking near the hotel, so we had to leave our cars at the port or in the center of the village, and even then, finding a space was very difficult. Breakfast was another disappointment – you are served whatever they decide to prepare, with no choice at all. Overall, this was a really bad experience. I have traveled all over Greece, including the islands, and this is the very first place that has left me so disappointed. The food during dinner was very good, especially the seafood, which was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is located right by the beach, which made the dinners very pleasant and enjoyable. The only downside was that the service was quite slow when taking orders.

Cozy small beach area with rural aspect which is not yet affected by mass tourism. Nice old greek people Cleanish but could be improved. Lots of stray dogs and cats which live on the beaches area Very nice walking area by the beach and very kid friendly sea. Beach is different in some parts really good sand

Quiet place, perfect for families with little kids, not crowded even if we have been there in the middle of the season. A lot of tavernas around, and you could find very close everything you might need.

A quiet place with a wonderful beach, it has facilities that...

A quiet place with a wonderful beach, it has facilities that will satisfy everyone from parents with small children to the elderly. About 500 m away are the remains of the ancient city of Stagira (the birthplace of Aristotle), worth a visit (free entrance). Lots of good restaurants and cafes, butch bars. Not far from wonderful forests for hiking.

Olympiada is very small village and being in North Greece it is very green with lots of trees, grass and flowers. The village beach is very long with fine sand and options to sit on a chair under umbrella.

The hotel is situated next to a beautiful beach with warm shallow water - paradise for kids and calm holidays. It has its own umbrellas and chairs at the beach and they serve nice drinks at a reasonable price. The food was very good, the staff was very kind. The village is small but nice - you can find anything you need there.
