Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with fantastic amenities that make for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. However, what truly sets this place apart is not just the beautiful surroundings, but the people who work here. The staff are the heart and soul of the hotel — incredibly kind, genuinely helpful, and always greeting you with a warm smile. We had a room on the upper floor with an amazing view over the sea. The hotel has a private parking and a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. The staff was very kind and helpful. The cleaning lady made beautiful swans out of towels when cleaning the room, which we found a very nice gesture. Nice details make the stay more pleasant. Definitely would like to come back.

Super friendly staff, you feel like home. When the staff learnt that I am having a bday that day, they prepared a very nice surprised for me in the room. Such a nice people!! The room is big and has everything you need for a great holidays stay! Breakfast is delicious, especially the smoothie. The view from the hotel is breathtaking! Great location, just next to the best beach clubs in Agia Marina.

We booked this property for the last couple of days of our holiday so that the we could relax while the kids played. It was very nice and very clean. The breakfast had a large variety of food and was all done very well.

The Mossa hotel was amazing, very highly recommend. We have travelled all over Europe and the customer service here was amazing, extremely accommodating. The hotel is perfectly located just outside of Chania where you don’t have to deal with traffic or busy streets. Right across the street from a park and plenty of running trails as well as 3 different beaches within 5 minute walk. Parking is right out front. The breakfast is delicious and a lot of food. Rooms are large and very clean.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff - super kind and helpful. Especially when travelling alone it can really impact the trip, and I really enjoyed the little chats. The facilities were also excellent, from the rooms and the pool to the buffet with amazing food that also changes daily.

Our experience at Iris Hotel was amazing. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, the breakfast that was included in the price was fabulous, the pool and bar were great and the room was spacious, pampering and sparkely clean every day! The reception staff are ready to answer questions with a smile (we booked two attractions through the hotel and they arranged it for us and also packed us breakfast). Plus, Airis hotel is about a minute's walk from a beautiful sandy beach Highly recommended!
