This was our second stay here. Perfectly located at the beach near the airport, especially when you have a late arrival or an early departure. The room is very convenient, clean and everything you need is there. Great bed, very comfortable shower, coffee and tea and even some crackers with butter and jam for a very quick breakfast. We picked up the key at the Abuelos bar, very friendly and nice people there (good food and drinks as well!). One street further they have a parking lot where you can park your car. We will be coming back for a third stay, and a fourth etc...

Perea is a lovely destination if you enjoy sandy beaches.

Perea is a lovely destination if you enjoy sandy beaches. The beach bars along the coast are perfect for chilling out and spending lazy days by the sea. For more activities or sightseeing, you’ll need to go outside Perea. It’s relatively well connected, but don’t expect fast or very frequent transport. Still, it’s a great spot if your priority is sun, sand, and a seaside vibe. Nomad and Abuelos are perfect beach / brunch bars and Taverna Thalassopoulia a great Greek restaurant.

I would not recommend Perea beach as a holiday destination.

I would not recommend Perea beach as a holiday destination. The beach means a narrow piece of land. The sand is dirty, there is rubbish everywhere even in the water. The sea si full of sea weed. There are no water sports in the area. There are paid sunbeds that we did not use. However, the restaurants are good and the food is cheap.

At the time of our stay, it wasn't overcrowded, and a lot of local people were frequent visitors to the beach. The town is kind of suburbia of Thessaloniki, and it is close to the big shopping malls and all that Thessaloniki can offer. The atmosphere is more casual both during the daytime, as well as during nights.

We were here for a one night stay before an early morning flight. In this regard the location is very good and close to the airport. The hotel is located in Perea which is a suburb of Thessaloniki. The hotel is 3 minute walk to a long well known beach. We had dinner in a very good Taverna on the sea front. The reception staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. They arranged a taxi for the airport and an early morning takeaway breakfast because we had to leave before the hotel breakfast hours. I would recommend this hotel.

9 Doors is very modern new and well-equipped apartments, close to Perea Beach and the promenade with all the restaurants. We had a great view of the beach the airport is also close, which was great as we had a very early morning flight when we left Christos was very helpful and check in was arranged very well Also close to ferry dock from where we took the ferry to Thessaloniki

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very responsive and kind. The hotel has its own private parking, which is very valuable, as most hotels in Thessaloniki do not have their own parking. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staff has a very good and friendly attitude towards the dogs that are guests of the hotel. I recommend this hotel.
