So I booked this property completely by accident...misread the name. I faced it with some trepidation as there were no reviews ( turns out there is an error with the spelling on the website , so reviews are not getting logged correctly)and was a non refundable booking even though I reported my error within 3hrs. Turns out it was the best mistake ever! I have only positive things to say about the owners ,Anthoula and Spiros, and my experience there. I wasnt treated like a guest but like a family member. I had my Mamma Mia and Big Fat Greek wedding experience in the space of a few days. There were midnight feasts ,with mandolin playing and lessons in greek dancing and a very irate neighbor telling us to shut the f up; A very sumptuous lunch under the orange trees prepared by Anthoula; fresh fruit and vegetables miraculously appearing on the terrace table overnight( courtesy of the fairy godmother that is Anthoula, picked fresh from their farm); invites to watch her sing in the local choir, and perform a traditional dance in the village. Taken out by Spiros on his boat for a memorable ocean adventure. Able to help out on the farm milking goats.The grandkids a pure delight to spend time with. Having only two apartments , the experience was intimate. I had lovely fellow guests and we felt like one big happy family. We're already planning the reunion. Clearly this may not be the experience everyone gets or wants....if you want some quiet solitude, in no way will you be coerced into socializing. I personally loved the warmth. More about the actual property. It is located in a quiet village, in a rural setting. The beach a 15minute walk away. The southern part of the island feels more authentic and untamed. The property has a well equipped kitchen, access to a washing machine and is very clean. Having a car helps to get around to visit some of the secluded beaches and eating spots.There is a bus that goes through the town to get to lefkimmi or corfu town.

it was clean, modern and well laid out. The staff were amazing always ready with a smile and a greeting. The breakfast choices were amazing a twist on the normal offerings. All of the food, we ate in the restaurant several times in the evening, was so tasty and delicious. staff also really knowledgeable about the food that they were serving. There is an amazing beach bar where we ate lunch most days and had drinks early evening, bliss!

Great location, end of the village but near the lovely sandy beach, tavernas and supermarkets. The house is situated in a lovely garden with sun beds and sitting. Spiros and Georgina are very nice couple, waiting to great us into late in the night. They helped us with transport from the airport also. For the children were prepared air mattress and circle and sun umbrella. Those things we really appreciated.

Close from the Willage House we found the most perfect beach...

Close from the Willage House we found the most perfect beach in all the island - it is about 3 km south from Santa Barbara Beach. Its amazing to people who loves wild empty and perfect beaches. Need a car better than my opel corsa but i did it without any damages to car.
