Our stay at this house was unexpectedly eventful as we got caught in a very bad storm called Daniel for 4 days, but I must say, the spacious and well-equipped amenities truly saved the day. Despite the weather chaos outside the house provided a comfortable and stress-free stay. It was very clean and we also loved the garden which we enjoyed on our last day when the clouds cleared. The location was awesome, just a 30 mins walk from the old town in a silent area. Easy communication with the host and safe parking. Efcharistoume poly Dimitris, hope to return soon :)

Got to say that we feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this place!!! Not too far from the town Center but at the right spot located next to a restaurant with a bus stop across the street and a foot path leading to a beach, the beach is not the best in the island but it’s very convenient and nice to have next to you for a quick swim. The hosts have been wonderful, very kind and helpful, our room was beautiful better than we expected it, with a jacuzzi, very fast internet a thing that we needed it as we are both freelancers! We totally recommend it!!

Perfect stay. Eleni gave us a free upgrade on arrival to a huge suite with private pool. Breakfast was great with amazing coffee. The hotel manager even gave us a lift into town to get the ferry at the end of our stay.

The staff were absolutely amazing – warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their service made the experience even more enjoyable. Huge shout out to Anthi (Άνθη) who went above & beyond to make us as comfy as possible, she made our holiday even more memorable.Highly recommend! We had a fantastic time at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the room was clean and comfortable, the view was stunning, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Skiathos is awesome, small, very lush, with plenty of excellent beaches, very friendly locals and impressive cuisine (sometimes unfortunately toned down a bit to meet the taste of the tourists; look for places a bit off the main throughfares). The only issue is that it gets very crowded and there are a lot of obnoxious and loud British, who seem to think that they own the place. Visiting the Monastery of Evangelistria is a must (the aforementioned British are excused from this). Local honey and wine are exquisite (for the latter, refer to the wine list in the restaurant). The hotel is very close to Koukounaries Beach (5 mins walk, downhill - uphill on the way back...), which is beautiful, but quite noisy and crowded, especially in the early afternoon, when the water taxis bring in hordes of tourists from the city. Banana Beach is supposed to be very nice, but has all but been taken over by the nearby luxury hotel, could not find a way there. Best bet is to rent a car and visit the genuinely awesome secluded beaches on the western/northern shore, accessible via a dirt road (watch out for people, who do have a quad, but not common sense). Note that there are only a few understocked and overpriced shops and small choice of restaurants in the area. For shopping groceries, rent a car and head to one of the Sklavenitis shops (biggest one is next to the airport). The hotel itself comprises of several small buildings scattered around in a beautifully kept garden, rooms are nice and spacious. The swimming pool is quite small, but there is no reason why anyone would spend any time there with all the awesome beaches around. The staff are very professional, helpful and kind. As regards breakfast: this is one of the rare cases when "excellent" is right on point.

    Lovely hotel, pool and facilities are great and the view is amazing! Breakfast had a good selection and the location was good but you either need a hire car or willing to wait for shuttle bus/taxi as it’s not walking distance to the town.

    Nice mid size hotel in silent surrounding in nature with a view to the sea and partially to the airport. Swimming pool with and without shade. Self-service breakfast on the terrace with a view. Big simple room with balcony.
