We had a pleasant stay in these traditional apartments in Rodia. If you have a car and are independent in transportation, it is an ideal place to stay. Incredible view, an incredible courtyard on the roof that you can see from above the whole bay of Heraklion. The decoration is very beautiful.If you are looking for peace, it is an ideal place to relax. See life up close in one of the most beautiful villages of Heraklion, Rodia, which is rightfully called the balcony of Heraklion. The sea is very close for swimming or fishing. Close to mini markets and cafes and next to the best traditional taverns in the area. There you can enjoy traditional flavors of Crete. The owners, two very kind people, are always by your side to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We ll come back again for sure .

The stay was amazing, the house was very clean and full equipped with every thing we can need (kitchen included).Nice view on the sea accessible from the house. The owners were so kind and friendly and they offer us local gifts Everything was present to let us feel comfortable. I recommend highly this house

Absolutely awesome! A dream hotel. The staff and services were just perfect. Amazing location, architecture, decoration, and facilities. But just wait: that’s nothing compared with the food experience! The food was sophisticated, subtle, delicate, artistically presented, a regal, and certainly worth a few Michelin stars.

A lovely quiet village up in the hills.

A lovely quiet village up in the hills. Beautiful views and an abundance of pomegranate trees, cactus, butterflies, praying mantis and cats! Restaurants, shop, garage, and coffee shop in the village or close by. A car is needed if you want to visit beaches and populated areas. Beaches close by are lovely but busy at times. Supermarkets are 10-15mins away.
