Amazing location, next to many beach clubs and beautiful beaches. Breakfast was very good, even for sweet options! The staff was extremely kind - we asked to organised us a taxi from the airport and they took care of everything. We were amazed by the variation and the quality of the food served in the restaurant. The hotel served a lot dishes from the greek cuisine, which we loved. We could taste a lot of greek dishes that you could find in a restaurants menu and the flavours were superb! Our kids loved the pools and waterslides. We had a room by the main pool on the ground floor, which was very convenient with the kids. We stayed at the older part of the hotel buildings, which has a lot of greenery around🙂 The hotel buildings, gardens and overall territory was beautifully maintained ja very clean. Hotel staff was always very polite and nice to us. We liked that the hotel was close to the town. Our room seemed newly renovated and was cleaned every day. The bathroom was extremely small, with the door open, but it was no big deal for us🙂

Everything! Pool and territory is beautiful, quick access to the beach. We received a beautiful loft room with a balcony to the quiet side. Always fresh bottled water in the room, changed daily, room cleaned twice a day. Great AC you can regulate yourself. Tasty cocktails at the pool bar. Nice breakfast buffet. Very polite staff. Also I used the spa and purchased massage, it was amazing, definitely recommend booking it. We stayed 5 nights and would totally come back!

Our experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. Everything is just as you see on the pictures and even more beautiful. As this is very important to me the quality of bed and variety of pilows were amazing. Breakfast was a special highlight, with a rich selection of fresh ingredients that catered to every taste. We particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, which was of a very high standard.Resaturant is also petfect place for dinner. Attention to detail was evident throughout, adding to the sense of luxury and comfort. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking the perfect place on Crete. I will definitely be returning!
