This was our 4th visit to this excellent hotel. Everything is as always at the highest level. The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is impeccable, cleanliness, comfort, entertainment program every evening, here we got everything we need for an unforgettable vacation. The hotel's territory is stunningly decorated, like a medieval city surrounded by a garden of Eden. There is clean sand on the beach, comfortable sun beds, beach towels can be changed daily to clean ones. At the exit of the hotel there is a street with shops and taverns where you can eat delicious food and have fun shopping. But the hotel is quiet, as it is separated from the street by a park. I sincerely recommend this hotel, and I would like to come here again with pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay at Castello Boutique Suites! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and a fantastic view to enjoy every morning. The suite was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I had an amazing experience at this accommodation! The atmosphere was truly delightful and relaxing, just as I had hoped. Everything matched the description and photos perfectly, which made me feel confident and happy with my choice from the start. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Filia – a hardworking young lady who was not only professional and attentive but also a truly pleasant presence throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious – well-prepared, full of flavor, and served impeccably. You could tell that great care was put into every meal. Cleanliness was also top-notch throughout the property, from the rooms to the common areas. Another big plus is the location: very close to the beach with fine sand and a gentle slope into the sea – ideal for both relaxation and families. It’s also just a short walk from the lively promenade, where you can enjoy shops, cafes, and a vibrant atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a memorable vacation experience!

From the moment we arrived we were surprised by the tranquility and the beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and modernly decorated. With renovated bathrooms. Good location and good facilities. Lovely room very comfortable beds. Very clean creating a pleasant and healthy environment. Good value for money. A 5-minute walk from the port, restaurants and shops. Sophia is always friendly, always smiling, always helpful, a fact that greatly enhanced our stay. I love Crete and now I have a hotel that I will definitely visit again.
