We absolutely loved our time at Panorama Apartment. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The view was simply stunning—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset. One of the best parts is the location: Elafonisi Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen, is just a 20-minute drive away. It made it so easy to plan beach days without a long trip. The highlight, however, was the host, Irene: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our trip special. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful place in the heart of Crete – genuine Greek hospitality! We spent a few wonderful days at Lefteris Rooms in Kampos, and everything was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and offer a beautiful view of the mountains and nature – the ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace of the Cretan countryside. The hospitality was truly exceptional! Manolis, Andra, and Eladina welcomed us warmly and took great care of us every single day, making us feel like old friends. Their kindness and genuine warmth made our stay unforgettable. The food at their taverna was amazing – traditional homemade dishes made from local ingredients, generous portions, and that authentic Greek flavor you can’t forget. Dinner there, especially in the calm evening atmosphere, was always a delight. The location is very convenient, close to some of the most beautiful beaches in western Crete: Elafonissi and Kedrodasos are around 40–50 minutes away by car, and Balos is also easy to reach. It’s a peaceful area, perfect for anyone who loves nature, mountains, and the true Cretan way of life. We had an amazing time and highly recommend Lefteris Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, authentic, and welcoming place in Crete. Thank you so much, Manolis, Andra, and Eladina, for everything – we will definitely come back! 💙🇬🇷

An absolutely magical secret of a place.

An absolutely magical secret of a place. I stayed here for two weeks alone while working on a writing project and it was perfect, although the house is definitely big enough for a couple and would be very sweet for a family of four. The house is surrounded by a lovely quiet road to walk on full of olive trees and a very ancient church. It is in a very small village that is pretty centrally located between both the north and south as well as west coast of Crete. The lovely little seaside town of Paleochora is just a half hour away and many beaches are within a half hour to an hour. Although Strovles is not a village with much more than a few part-time homes and one coffee shop, it is an incredible place for a peaceful retreat and is well-situated to explore if you’re okay with driving. The hospitality of Eva and Jon was also unmatched. They provided a truly authentic and welcoming experience, sharing many fresh foods from their garden, teaching me traditional recipes and helping me understand the Cretan country life. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and engaged though unobtrusive hosts and it was a huge pleasure getting to know them. I hope to come back!
