This establishment is an exceptional example of high end modern living, yet very close to all the simple things that make the Greek summer a unique experience for all Greek and International tourists. The sea, the seafood, the slow life and warm hospitality and most of all the sun, the dramatic landscape and evening colors. The quality of all facilities is as good as it gets and the establishment stands out in this small seaside village close to Chania. The hospitality of all staff and especially Maria is wonderful. Sleeping was great and the breakfast is very rich and focused on the local ingredients and delicacies. If this is within your budget, do not think twice.

What a lovely find! We stayed for a week, the room was very clean & comfortable, lovely sea view. Plenty of storage. Fridge & kettle in the room, so nice to be able to sit on the balcony with a coffee after a day at the beach, and also have chilled beers to hand! The location was excellent, just a 5 minute stroll to the square or the beach. Great wifi, decent air con (needed). Excellent value for money would definitely recommend!

Lovely village with everything you may need to have a great holiday. Bakery,chemist ,local shops ,few tavernas and of course kafenion where locals meet.Very nice people ,authentic Greek village.Quite and relaxing.Parasia the best taverna in the area.Must be book in advance always full,very good food and very friendly staff.Lots of nice walk around the village.

The village of Vamos, just a bit isolated from the main route, provides perfect place for a relaxed getaway. Being quiet place, at the same time provides for all your needs - with it's local shop, great bakery, petrol station and at least 4 nice places to eat, with Τα Πλατάνια barbecue being our favourite, serving very simple and limited choice, yet delicious local food. Despite some ilolation, there's still just few kilometers to the main national road, making Vamos excellent starting point for local trips, like Samaria or Imbros gorges, lovely beaches nearby, Chania or Rethimno

The property is in a very quiet location on the edge of Vamos village and only a few minutes walk from the centre. My apartment was spacious, well appointed and private, everything I could have wanted. The owner made me most welcome, gave me some wonderful cakes and biscuits and she speaks perfect English. Communications prior to my stay were excellent including the arrangement of a late arrival. If you are coming to Vamos then this accommodation would be a good choice and I can recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for looking after me!

Everything. Manolis our host isn’t just a good host he’s an exceptional host, so generous, helpful and professional. Vamos is a lovely location with some nice villages nearby to visit. Olive Lemon House is stylish, extremely clean, comfortable fully equipped and in very quiet road in Vamos. The garden is truly amazing. Manolis gave us some great recommendations for places to visit which was so helpful. We stayed for two weeks in June.

A perfectly peaceful holiday spent in the lovingly restored and cared for home of Kostas and family We arrived to Dakos and Raki, fruit and olive oil with sweet treats in the middle of our stay. Nestled in the countryside yet accessible to the village and beach by car with amazing views across the village to the hills and sea beyond. All amenities for a country retreat in a tranquil setting.

Fabulous views. Close to Vamos & Gavalochori villages. Apartment was very clean with all you need. Table & chairs for dining in the balcony. Lovely pool with plenty of loungers. Very friendly hosts who live on site so you feel secure but respect your privacy.
