The perfect stay in Crete. Great location, extrafriendly staff, good room layout, good size bathroom. Food was also excellent, with big portions. Beautiful pool, with a nice bar and restaurant. The beach and the river are also nearby. Everything was top notch. The jacuzzi in our room was a nice touch. The restaurant by itself is also high level.

Almost everything! We especially valued the ample space on the beautiful hotel grounds. It is never crammed with people and there is lot of privacy for each guest. The personnel is absolutely great, exceptionally friendly (in a natural way), forthcoming and competent. The breakfast buffet was the best ever! Hotel is literally 100m from the cristal clear and sandy beach. Staff is super helpful and great! Couple of minutes walk to the center is trought very nice street, the city is beautiful and great .. Beatiful hotel with excellent location right in the city center. The room (actually it was two connected rooms) had beautiful mediterranean design and mind-blowing views of the sea and the lake.
