The property is in a nice quiet area, very close to the local beach. The apartment was very nice and spacious, plenty of room for 5 people, and an amazin balcony in the back for your morning coffee/ dining outside, reading books etc. Ample parking space in the garden, and a barbecue- should you need it. The host was the most kind and lovely lady we've met, she was there to assist with any requests and went above and beyond with her hospitality.

Excellent host and housing. The house was exactly what we needed and was right by the sea. There were 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom and a kitchen (that morphs with the living room). It's perfect for 4 adults and also has an extendable couch. Has good air conditioning, a clean kitchen, and when we arrived everything was clean and in perfect condition. It's pretty cozy and comfortable and our host was in the house on our left. She also has a friendly dog that sits in the yard. The area that the house is in is very peaceful and quiet filled with friendly locals. The host is also friendly herself. She brought us 2 greek desserts (Bougatsa and another we don't know the name of) and was always available to help all while giving us privacy. If you're looking to relax, I'd highly recommend this place.

This place is a must. The house and the yard are great. Very close to the beach, 5 min walking, same time to a supermercado and a restaurante. You'll have all you need. It would be nice to have a barbecue outside, since some people (as us) like to cook and enjoy the yard. We catch a rainy weather, but the porch is superb and it was a pleasure to sit and enjoy a glass of prosecco or whatever you drink. Recommended!

Fantastic hotel with wonderful seaview! The room was perfectly furnished, with modern design, equipped with small kitchen. The territorry of the hotel is absolutely stunning, beautiful trees and flowers, small playground for children equipped with swings. There is no problem with parking. The beach is reachable in 1 minute. Would like to admit wonderful owners, incredible family, who are always ready to help and assist. Absolutely amazing place, which would like to return.

*Highly Recommended!* Georgalas Place is a perfect spot for both couples and families. Pionitis and the staff were wonderful and ensured that everything is always perfect and comfortable for us. The entire place is incredibly clean, and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into every detail – from the beautiful landscaping and gardening, to the restaurant design, the large and decorated rooms, as well as the atmosphere and food. The team helped us with phone calls for different attractions and gave us excellent recommendations based on our preferences. They also guided us on places to visit and where it might be better to skip. They greeted us warmly even when we arrived very late due to our flight delay. The dining room is beautifully designed, the waiters are very friendly, and the food is diverse and delicious. The risotto is a must-try – don’t miss it! The resort is right on the beach, and you can hear the waves from the balcony of your room. On a clear day, you can even see Mount Olympus in the distance. The photos on the website are completely accurate, and the location is ideal: just a 30-minute drive from Thessaloniki, but also close to quieter, peaceful beaches. We came at the end of the winter, so most places were closed and it was still too cold to go into the sea, but we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. In the summer, it's much busier here. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, whether it's for a couple or a family.
