This is one of the few structures that could actually be called “deluxe” as it has everything you need to have a very comfortable staying: - Perfect location to combine beach life with pure afternoon relax in the pool, away from the crazy heat. The pool is not crowded and each apartment has it’s own space (despise being common space). Close to restaurants, supermarkets etc - SPOTLESS everyday cleaning and Nespresso coffee refill (loved it!) - Common area where you can cook, wash your clothes (detergent provided), gym - Good salted breakfast - Honestly, the best place we stayed in Greece and perfect if you want to live pure relax

Very good service. The cleaning was perfect. Also we had all inlcusive stay and the food quality and quantiti was in high level. I was thrilled by the helpfulness and Courtesy of the staff at the restaurant. The Madame tha was supervising at the restaurant was brilliant. We really loved our time at Castro Beach Hotel. Everything was amazing! All the crew is very kind and welcoming. The room is spacious and very clean. Hot water, good shower. For us, the all inclusive systems was great. All the foods are delicious, we could fell a taste of love and greek home in each food. Maleme beach is OK, but through the hotel it is possible to travel to many others beautiful beaches. We will definetely come back, this place is a treasure! Heartfelt thanks for all crew, chefs, barman, cleaning staff! Great service, excelent people!

Great place to stay with familiy. It was really luxury experience. We received upgraded room with private pool without price change. Nice beach with sand and all needed infrastrukture like showers, sun beds and so on. Personnel higly skilled and professional, organized for us all day trip to Samaria Gorge. As a trip starts early morning we received food in lunch boxes. Restaurant offer extremly tasty food, even for glutrn-free guests. Brakfast and dinner served as a buffet. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back there next time.

The breakfast was fantastic - always fresh, plenty of variety and local Cretan food always well represented. The food from Ouzaki was also very good. It's not allowed to 'reserve' sunbeds in this hotel - this is exactly as it should be! We never had a problem finding a spot at the pool or on the beach at any time of the day. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet which was exactly what we wanted. No loud music or parties. Just some light live music by the bar in the evenings which was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were told on arrival that we had been upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. We visited the spa twice during our stay. It was a wonderful experience on both occasions. Staff at reception are exceptionally efficient, helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is ideal. The bus to and from Chania town passes right in front and the stop is just a few seconds walk. The surrounding area also has fantastic restaurants. We were spoiled for choice. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and we hope that we will be lucky enough to visit again in the future!
