Es una preciosidad de hotel. We are so glad we decided to book this hotel because we didnt know Flores and thought that maybe not staying in Flores wasn't a good idea... but couldnt be more happy. Flores is caotic so having this oasis just a boat away for us was the best choice. We rested in a double room with two gigantic beds... swam in the pool, relaxed in the hotel and then they offer boat transfer to Flores at no cost. LUXURY TOTAL. But the best of the hotel is the staff. They are ALL VERY VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. There is also clothing cleaning at not cost.

A brand-new hotel, however, not completely finished yet. It was fine for us nevertheless, and we could use a shared kitchen to make our coffees and breakfast. The rooms were super clean, room service was on some days and the staff was very lovely and helpful. The hotel is gated at night which caused us a bit of confusion when we wanted to get out for a Sunrise tour, the receptionist wasn't there. We found out he has his own room and came out eventually. Easily to be rectified with some communication (we were told it's a 24/7 reception). However, bonus points for being gated in the first place. The pool area is lovely and we had it mostly to ourselves. The location is okay, there isn't much around and it's about 10 mins walk to the central market, 5 mins to the central bus station and 20 minutes to Isla de Flores, the old town.

The complimentary boat on check-in and out made a stay at a lovely hostel special. Being able to swim off the deck was a great way to cool down. The bunks were wonderfully spacious.

There is a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop all in the hotel, making meals very convenient (and the drinks in particular are fantastic!). The location on the island is wonderful, and the transport to and from the hotel is such a nice addition to a wonderful stay. The staff are helpful and kind, and the pool and rooftop bar make wonderful places to watch the sunset.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Ramona. We stayed 3 nights and we loved it from the moment we arrrived. It is a very clean hotel, with a relaxed atmosphere and in center of Flores placed in walking distance to everything. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. Especially Karolina and Hans gave us really good service and recommendations for activities and restaurants around the town which made our stay here very special and unique. Thank you we enjoyed and will recommend everyone to go and we will definitely return once we are back in Flores.

Very pretty hotel, the pool is a life saver in the heat! Breakfast was served in the neighbor hotel and I had no problems getting it and it was good. Room has A/C and was spacious and clean. Location is central on the island, which is super small anyway. The sunset views were a huge plus!!
