Beautiful location overlooking The Valley. Very confortable bed with excellent air conditioning and a fabulous indoor pool. We dined in their restaurant which was spectacular. If you are a “foodie” definitely dine here it is incredible.

For many years we have not been so pleased during the holidays. The lady is charming, smiling. Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. We lacked nothing. WiFi, air conditioning, perfectly equipped kitchen, parking. There was everything we needed. Perfect cleanliness. A nice place in front of the door for romantic dinners. The rooms are modern, newly built and very comfortable. For the courtesy of the owner, a maximum of 10 is not enough. So, we rented the apartment quite late in the evening, and since it was a non-working day, there were not too many choices in the area for something to eat. As the owners, in addition to renting rooms, also own a fine restaurant that serves home-made pasta, so we intended to have dinner there. But the restaurant was already closed. The kind owners invited us to come for dinner anyway, where they told us that they would also prepare breakfast for us in the morning. We thank them once again for their kindness and we definitely recommend this accommodation.

Exceptionally comfortable room with all possible facilities one can imagine. Quite and comfortable house with gorgeous mount view. Very nice and friendly host ! Excellent strategic location, although it is not close to the sea coast. However, it was our intended choice to stay at this place because it was pretty convenient to reach all beach regions around Istria by car. No more than 40-50 minutes to all main tourist places - Pula, Opatia, Umaq, Medveja, Rijeka, Rovinj etc..,

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming house in Kotli! The place is incredibly sweet and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The barbecue and pool area were fantastic, and we loved spending our afternoons there, enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It’s such a relaxing spot, perfect for unwinding and recharging. The owners were extremely nice and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely want to come back again to refresh our minds and load our batteries someday.
