This was one of the best stays of my life. The hotel was very clean, staff incredibly attentive and helpful, and the food amazing. Thanks so much to Ivan, Vlado, Duško and other people I couldn’t catch their names, you made our stay truly memorable. We came with a dog and he was also treated in the best possible way! The hotel is one of the few cases where my expectations were exceeded. From the moment we entered the hotel and checked in, the reception staff (Mr. Bono and Helena) were extremely friendly, as well as during our stay. This is a great rarity nowadays. In addition, The rooms and bathrooms are large, clean, bright with a great view. Mrs. Paula Loncar, the hotel sales manager, personally asked us several times how our stay was going. The reason we visited Opatija was my mother's 70th birthday. In this regard, on her birthday, she received a large chocolate cake as a compliment from the hotel. The services offered by the hotel were diverse, far from the standard lounges and taxis, such as a boat trip, a tour of the city with a retro car and many other nice and interesting services that one can remember for a lifetime. Well done to everyone, I hope there are more such places not only in Croatia, but why not in Bulgaria as well. I definitely recommend this place, it will leave a great memory in you for a lifetime.

The hotel is very well located, close to good restaurants and with a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are comfortable. Excellent swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Wonderful breakfast, the waiter was very attentive and the quality of the food and drinks was impressive. The reception staff were also friendly and attentive and a highlight was the employee Tihana who prepared an itinerary for our visit to Rijeka.
