Everything was just perfect. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious (Maisonette, incl two bathrooms) and is equipped with everything you could need. The furniture is very unique and tasteful and fits perfectly into the charming town of Groznjan. On top of that, the host Nina is very helpful and supports with recommendations of restaurants in the area. We also received a card for parking freely and closely to the flat and the host helped us with carrying our luggage to the apartment. All in all, we can highly recommend staying there!

Groznjan is a wonderful old hilltop village dating back many hundreds of years. The apartment is only a few minute's walk from the car parks outside the pedestrianised village. The apartment is not huge but had everything needed for two people staying there. The patio is what really sets this apart though. There are views over the Istrian hills and valleys and it is a perfect spot to sit and relax. Valentina is a fabulous host who made us feel most welcome.

Fantastic location in the heart of upper Istria. Close to wineries, medieval towns and coastal cities. Amazing refurbished farmhouse set in forested hills, with comfortable rooms. Wonderful family-style breakfast included. Anna, Matt and staff have created a lovely, B&B experience to base from while you explore the "Tuscany of Croatia". Dinners available on Wed and Sat and are highly recommended. We loved our dinner with staff and guests.

This was our best stay during this trip in Croitia - the studio is beatiful and the kitchen cupboards are full of useful things that make you feel at home. Hosts are really thoughtful and kind. It's great that the location is not within Groznjan itself as it's much easier to explore the area when you are not located up on a hill. Just a quick ride to the coast as well. There is great breakfast buffet served in a hotel that's 5 mins away by car.

Perfect location to start and finish bike trips in Istria. Parenzana trail close by (well you need to climb to Groznjan). Restaurant on high level, breakfast to start and lunch or dinner after bike trip. Staff were very friendly and were really helpful offering garage to store bikes over the night and late check-out to use shower after bike trip return. We’ll be back again soon. Value for money.

Great little town, centrally located. Friendly staff and services include a terrace and a restaurant. Both tested and approved. The hotel room is very modern and clean. Excellent bed/pillow, and a very spacious and clean bathroom.

Lovely, romantic, cozy apartment house. Everything was exceptionally clean, organized. Very friendly and helpful owner. Car parking on the properties own spot. In excellent location, just a few meters away from beautiful Groznjan.

The room was bigger than expected, right in the heart of Grožnjan. Being at the top flor, we had a sea view. It's squeaky clean, has everything you might need during your stay, and the host were very welcoming and nice.

The owner is very kind, ready to help and she even prepared bicycles for us to use. Apartment is new, clean, comfortable, 10 min walk away from Grožnjan. Unfortunately we stayed only one night.

Groznjan was gorgeous. Our host was very kind. Gave us some of her olive oil. The place was immaculate and quiet. Beautiful!
