We loved how close it was to everything and most importantly the hosts are amazing people!! This stone house is in the middle of the old town and the interior design is modern and really stylish, which we liked a lot along with the view! Supermarkets, ice cream shops, beaches are all in reachable distances. We’ve stayed for a week and although Hvar has many spots to explore, at the end most of our days were spent in Jelsa!! We can’t recommend it enough!!

Location was great - please count with some more stairs (3-5 min) because location of accommodation is situated in the hills. On the other hand you have complete privacy, it is the last house so there are no people around, no noise. Beautiful view on the sea from sheltered big terrace. Accommodation would perfectly fit also to 4 people / family with kids there are separated rooms with private bathroom and toilet. Additionally there is comfortable living room ( could fit also to additional 1-2 person if needed ) and very well equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher for people who cook more often) and big terrace. We spent here 3 weeks (just 2 of us + our little dog) - pet friendly accommodation. Definitely recommended.

From the moment we arrived at Dvor Pitve, we were captivated by the stunning view of the village. As we approached our accommodation, our excitement only grew. The house we stayed in spans three floors and is thoughtfully designed. It features underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous windows that bathe the space in natural light, and both air conditioning and heating—something we truly appreciated during our stay in March. On the middle floor, there's a spacious and beautifully designed bathroom with underfloor heating and all the necessary amenities. The top floor houses a cozy bedroom with a stunning terrace offering breathtaking views of the village and the sea. Waking up to the morning sun was an absolute delight, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The entire house is well-organized, inviting, and tastefully designed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, responding promptly to all our requests and offering assistance beyond just the accommodation itself. Our stay at Dvor Pitve was an unforgettable experience, and we would gladly return!

Really nice and quiet place on the top of village Vrisnik. Large, fully equiped apartement with large shadowed terrace with fireplace. It was a little bit harder to find a place as we come late evening, but owner Melania found us in village and guide into apartement. Thanks again! It was beuatifull stay at autumn. We enjoyed bike trips on island, climb on ferratas and perfect meals and drinks at restaurant in Jelsa.

This beautiful apartment by the sea was cosy, quiet, and comfortable — we couldn’t have wished for anything better. Vesna was the perfect host: kind, caring, helpful, and always communicative with great tips on what to see and do. She really made our stay special. Personally, I love the island of Hvar and no stay in this place is long enough for me. Jelsa is a great resort that offers many great restaurants, authentic shops with local products, but especially a rich cultural program. The same applies to the neighboring village of Vrboska. I recommend renting a bicycle for the entire stay and getting to know the beauty of the island in this way - be it natural beaches, old streets or vineyards.

Very nice, perfect little seaside town with many cute cafes and restaurants with amazingly delicious food. During the day is not too crowded, but at evenings many people come out to have dinner or drinks and it is quite lively and entertaining. It has quite a nice marina for big yachts as well. The townspeople are very kind and helpful.

I liked everything about Jelsa.

I liked everything about Jelsa. Absolutely loved restaurant “Me and Mrs Jones” superb meals and fabulous hosts. Loved Cafe Splendid for the coffee and warm strudels, this was a daily ritual. Taxis available to explore the island. Swimming, walking, cycling it’s all there to do.

Jelsa is a small scenic town, full of nice restaurants, pizzerias, gelato shops and cafés. The surrounding nature is stunning, it's great for naturists and cyclists alike. I recommend staying in one of the ex-socialist hotels of Jelsa and get the feel of the times gone by.

Nice and quiet and location.

Nice and quiet and location. The host is very good at accommodating us such as bringing us to the bus station. The room of four is a bit small for 4 single beds but everything is clean. A bonus is a patio with table and chairs with awing and grapevines draping. A few minutes to the beautiful Mina Beach is a plus

Lovely place to visit with lots of options for food and beaches. The nicest place we’ve seen so far on the islands. Great walking and people watching. Not far from Hvar town and all it has to offer as well.

The location is excellent. The beach is very close, and the beautiful pine trees provide nice shade for relaxing and reading books. There are no sea urchins in the water. In addition, it is close enough to Jelsa and Vrboska with an evening walk. The layout of the apartment is perfect for a family of four. It's true, the apartment is old, but that wasn't a problem for us, the tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are from the seventies, but that was a plus for us. The owner loves pets. We came with our dog, who was very comfortable here.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay in Jelsa! The apartment was brand new, exceptionally clean, and beautifully decorated – everything felt fresh and well cared for. The owner was super friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our kids especially loved the pool – it quickly became their favorite thing to do during the summer, and it was perfect for keeping them entertained. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Jelsa. We’d love to come back!

It was clean and roomy, great balcony. Beach was relatively close, at 5 min. Walk to OK beach, and 15 minutes walk to a really good one (Mina Beach). 10 minutes walk to a town centre. Apartment is in the quiet area. Jelsa itself is very quiet, and mostly oriented to families. Owner was pleasant and informative. Parking was provided within the facility. Kitchen was well equipped, except for lack of microwave.

The host was super kind and the accommodation had everything: perfectly equipped kitchen and rooms, paddle boards and kayak, nice terrace seating with sea view, lots of chairs (even for the beach), the beach is like 30 seconds from the apartment. BEST ACCOMMODATION WE HAD IN CROATIA SO FAR! We enjoyed our stay so much and we definitely want to come back in the future :)
