The main hotel building and the annex buildings are all in a quiet location. Each building in the hotel complex has its own pool and you can use them all. All staff is very kind. Rooms are well equipped. Kitchen in apartment has all you minimally need (except coffee machine). Location of the hotel is bit outside (10-15 minutes walk) from the center of Pakoštane but that is not a problem since you want to have a car available for numerous nice beaches you can reach within the 10 km area. Towards Biograd na Moru there are beaches with really clear water and easy beach access.

I really liked how peaceful and beautiful this place is, especially in this time of the year. The staff is very welcoming, as always ☺️ (we come here often) and the food is great. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant Mamma Rosa, again 😉, and I definitely recommend dining there! Sorry, no pics this time, we were soaking it all in 🥰

It's hard to imagine a better location (the actual location rating is 12). All the main things - the beach, shops, including a fish shop, bars and restaurants are within 2-3 minutes! The room is very clean and has all the necessary household appliances for living. A small but wonderful garden where tangerines, lemons, figs grow and turtles live. We are very grateful to Katarina for her recommendations for visiting historical places in Croatia. Excellent communication with the manager. The conclusion is that we will recommend all our friends to visit this wonderful place. ... and we will definitely come back!
