We had a wonderful holiday in the apartment Lavanda. It was comfortable for 3 adults and 2 teenagers (WiFi was strong snd stable). Everything was perfectly clean, the owners were nice and helpful. The lady of the house baked us perfect bread, the figs were just ripening and we appreciated the balcony with a large table and a beautiful view. To sum it up, a place where we had a wonderful rest not only on the beach by the sea, but also in the room - on the balcony, when we were too lazy to do anything😉

Location was the best of it. Private beach just 20 meters away. Compared to the infamous lack of beaches nearby, it is a key thing not to squeeze on small beach with 50+ others, but to enjoy beach for yourself (ok, sometimes one or two cars came, e.g. 6 more people, but still, very cozy & private. And you did not have to stay on the beach, we swam in the sea and then we went back to sit on the balcony, sipping cold drink, and reading in a comfy chair. So really great position. Landlords were great, too. Accommodation was OK, nothing to complain about. The double bed was long, but the other 2 single beds were shorter, so in case of 4 adults 180cm+, this might be a bit of trouble. Beach structure was good (for Croatia), e.g. no hedgehogs, but swim-shoes and/or googles to watch your step necessary. The hydro-plant nearby has no impact (no noise, no pollution). Sunbeds on the beach for free. Many fish (5-15cm) in the water, good for kids...

It was very wonderful. Vilma and Lidija very kind and positive people, everything was very easy and simple, they always helped us. The apartment are very clean, you will find everything what you need for rest, feeling like at home. The sea is very close to the apartment. Behind Nacionalni park Sjeverni Velebit great place, beautiful mountains and the view from them. If you want to have a rest for your mind come to Starigrad.😊

The hosts met us on the property and waited for us to arrive... 3 bedrooms are great, and it had a balcony with views of the church, the town and the sea.... The apartment was just a short walk to the town quay and the beach... Lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from....Lovely small town atmosphere away from mainstream tourist spots...The hosts live nearby and even invited us to drop by after dinner for a cherry brandy nightcap. (Much appreciated!)....Private parking was a real plus.
