The view, room size, very clean and well organized. Friendly staff, my girlfriend were sick and the receptionist gave us some anti flu because all pharmacies in the area were closed due to holidays. Breakfast was amazing, probably the best of my trip.

Loved everything! Location is fantastic. Right on beach with lots of bars, restaurants and mini markets. ALL STAFF, pool area, sunbeds, room with amazing view - everything is super. I only have 2 criticisms - A kettle in the room would be a big bonus but not massively important. The lighting in the restaurant and reception areas should be a little brighter - it us somewhat dark in areas and doesn't enhance the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel, so it could be improved to brighter cheerful lighting. Food was fantastic with so much choice and well presented. Staff here are so friendly, helpful, kind, welcoming - they are the best! Marko and all the restaurant staff were fabulous. ⁸ Reception staff were all fantastic. Every member of staff I encountered were simply the best.well Done to this hotel. Spotless clean everywhere here which only illustrates how well cleaners play their role. Thanks to everyone here for making this a wonderful and memorable stay.

Makarska in the summer season is not for me. It's an amusement park, water park, para sailing, hubub in the season. I went after all that shut for the season and enjoyed the beautiful town, the sea and the mountains in peace.

Makarska is a perfect size for exploring on foot.

Makarska is a perfect size for exploring on foot. It has a beautiful old town and is supplied with some great eating places. I would recommend Gastro Diva for a local eating experience. The beaches are good and there are some lovely walks around the peninsula.

Makarska is the capital of Makarska Riviera and has all required infrastructure with well-equipped beaches, rest areas, shops, transport connections and entertainment venues. Unfortunately, when we needed medical help and X-Ray inspection after getting trauma, we had to go to Split (State Hospital).

It's a rather small town, but has many options to enjoy yourself. Travelling to Split only takes just over an hour so you could choose to stay there more relaxingly instead of staying in busy Split.

The walk from Cuban each into town - approximately 3 km was lovely with lots of good beachfront cafes. Parking was expensive for beach access and difficult to get a Bolt/Uber the times we tried. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful for a fine dining experience.

Makarska is nice place to visit in June and September.

Makarska is nice place to visit in June and September. July and August is very hot and a lot off tourists on the beach, and on the streets. A lot of traffic, problem to find parking place. We only walk and stay overnight in Makarska center. Biokovo skywalk is fantastic

It has amazing architecture and history and you cant stop looking around at the furniture because theres always something to see The hosts treat me like family im originally from bosnia but i live in the UK They are true hosts , beautiful people , who offer any help needed , who dont bother you at all I wil 100% be staying with them again The ridiculous prices in croatia now and apartments is out of control so compared to anywhere!!! Else location wise and price wise they are easily the best priced

Nice, cozy hotel next to the beach in Makarska. It is not far away from the main restaurant and club street in Makarska (5-7 min walk) but far enough no to hear the music if you want to sleep :). Parking available, 12 Eur. Beach right at the hotel, breakfast pretty basic but it is ok. All in all it is a good option in October for a price of around 70 Eur per night for 1 person.

A beautiful hotel at the edge of Makarska. Bright and modern. Room was large with a wonderful west facing balcony which made for stunning sunset views. Great rooftop bar. Food was fresh and tasty. Pool area clean and Spa worth a visit. There is a lovely path leading into Makarska which is definitely worth a visit, or two, beautiful old town and marina.

They have met all star hotel expectations. Cozy, tidy, clean, fully equipped for a warm and welcoming stay. Top location at a 5 min walk from city center, 10-15 minutes walk to main promenade and beaches. Makarska was well worth the visit. Thank you Zora for making us feel like home, we will be returning and recommend you for sure
