This is a really nice old school hotel in Mali Ston, an unexpected location. Hotel & staff are first rate. Mali Ston is where to stay if you want to be in a quiet location away from the teaming hoards. They have an associated restaurant next door that is also very good. Staff is professional in an old school European way. Stay here and hike the wall (1.5 hour or so) over to Ston to see that worthwhile site, then walk bask just 15 minutes on the road after you have had your fill of tourists. This place is a gem and a wonderful find for those who appreciate quality & time well spent without drama. It's quite a value for what you actually get!

The house is traditional, feels like being local😉. 10m from the sea, local beach is calm, relaxing with a beautiful view on the walls of Ston. Restaurants are just a few metres and Ston is also available with a 20 min walk. Mario and his mother are really kind, they’re there if you need anything, we felt real hospitality😊.

Everything was exceptional. The apartment has all the facilities that you might need. The washing machine was very useful for us. The owners are very kind and friendly. We arrived a bit late, but we were welcomed by home made cookie ( very tasteful) house wine in the backyard. The location is fantastic, you can swim in the sea at the back of the garden.

It was in a beautiful location. Quiet little village on the water. Tiny beach opposite, we swam and had less than 1 minute walk back to the apartment. Parking was close to the flat. Balcony was nice and secluded, shaded with vines.

Ston and Mali Ston are two beautiful small towns with a rich...

Ston and Mali Ston are two beautiful small towns with a rich tradition. Their picturesque stone houses and streets, ancient walls, and salt pans take you back in time. Although they are quiet and small, both towns offer excellent gastronomy, and the surrounding area is home to outstanding wineries and beautiful beaches for which the entire Pelješac Peninsula is known. To make the most of your experience, having a car is highly recommended.

Great place for fresh seafood.

Great place for fresh seafood. Mali Ston and Ston are hidden gems of the region and well worth a trip and stay for a peaceful vacation. Great base location to take day trips to other locations and islands by car or ferry.

Mali Ston is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with...

Mali Ston is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with the family or just a couple alone. It is quiet, beautiful, have a nice children friendly beach in the village and really close to a lot of nice beaches by car, like Prapratno or Vucine. Mali Ston is famous about its oyster farms on the water and the wall what goes up to the hills and back to Ston, the other village further from the sea. There were three really nice restaurants and a little Oyster tasting bar in the village too. We tried the one named Bota Sare and the Oyster bar and I strongly recommend both!

Mali Ston is a little hidden gem.

Mali Ston is a little hidden gem. Good restaurants with seafood specialities. Very peaceful with excellent swimming and snorkelling. We climbed the castle wall from the Mali Ston side to Ston. Spectacular views from both sides to the defensive castles and salt mine. Stone is the 2nd biggest defensive wall in the world.

Small, lovely village with several tiny beaches, restaurants...

Small, lovely village with several tiny beaches, restaurants and especially a castle with a wall that you can walk to Ston (about 7 km of walls). It is quiet here, not crowded with tourists, about 5 km away is a beautiful sandy beach, Prapratno and a ferry to the island of Mlijet, there is 1 shop in Ston, then 3 and a bakery. The stay here was wonderful, relaxing and I didn't want to leave Mali Ston at all.
