Perfect location within the park, very relaxing, and direct access to hiking trails and park entrance. Superb garden with all facilities one can wish for (hammocks, outside tables, grill, direct access to a small river- perfect with kids). Very helpful host, provided many helpful tips. This B&B is located in a fairyland. Village with few houses, cute gardens, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature, few steps from Entrance 3 of the park which is so convenient, kind of less famous than 1 & 2 yet bringing directly to the boat to start the exploration of Plitvice National Park. Spacious room, a lot of light. Nice owners. All perfect. We loved our stay.

-Beautiful location and very near to the National Park entrance -Clean and comfortable room, nicely decorated. Could hear the river flowing by when window was open :) Lovely garden. -Very friendly hosts, who were helpful with info on the park also. -Great food in the evening, and also breakfast. Good for vegetarians. -One of the nicest B&Bs we ever stayed at :)

Great location (10 min walk from P3 entrance to the National Park), great amenities and attention to details (from parking to small playground, outside sitting area, packed lunch for the hiking day, and home-cooked dinners), but most importantly, great hosts. We felt surrounded by friends; this was the highlight of our trip to Croatia.

Very enjoyable stay for our family of four. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which is huge and comfortable but is located up several flights of stairs. Hosts Matija and family were very welcoming and helpful with park touring advice and a custom made map. Kids loved the resident cat. Property is older style (a bonus for us) and very charming and fits perfectly into the local environment. Very well kept with all amenities provided. Parking just out the front and easily accessible. To get there it seems like you are driving to nowhere, but in fact is an absolutely great location with short drive or nice walk to unofficial entrance 3 of the park. We ate the breakfast and dinners and whilst extra, were delicious and definitely recommended.

The B&B Plitvica Hill was great.

The B&B Plitvica Hill was great. The owner was there to answer any questions and help you get settled in. The room are all new and very well set up. The beds were great. My wife and I would sleep to much.

Really unique & beautiful interlinked lakes, the whole area...

Really unique & beautiful interlinked lakes, the whole area was gorgeous. Entrance 3 is a secluded and easy entrance to use with parking around there. We went at 3:30 pm and it was perfect, fewer people. It took us 3-3.5 hrs to leisurely walk around the lake, take the boat and the bus back. Its worth it to spend the night in the area to visit the lakes in the afternoon or morning. There is place to eat & drink near the boat area, which was reasonable.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want to visit Plitvice Falls. It’s a short walk to entrance 3. Jasmine, the hostess was amazing. She gave us all the information we needed to tour the park and try to avoid crowds as much as possible. Added bonus the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. If I was an owner of inn, I’d want a manager just like Jasmine. She went above and beyond.

Lakes and water falls were very unusual and visually stunning. Price of entry is high 150 euro for 5 including 2 kids. Have been to see many other fantastic areas in other countries and usually entry is free or much less. Glad I visited the lakes but would not go back again. Once is enough

It's the best place if you want to walk Plitvice Lakes park,...

It's the best place if you want to walk Plitvice Lakes park, in my case I stayed 3 days because I like walking almost every path 😊. If you're a fast walker you can do the park in just one day but it's better to take your time, that place is dreamy. Plitvica Selo is a tiny location where you can go to the park via entrance #3 where you can avoid loooooong lines waiting.

The location is amazing.

The location is amazing. The lookout at the top of the main park waterfall is a short walk from the premises. The quiet serenity of the area is remarkable. Getting up early for a walk in the misty paths was a true treasure. The room is truly comfortable and homely with all amenities required. Host Ante is a great cook and also shared ideas and things to do with our upcoming stays in Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik, which helps a lot in especially choosing a restaurant. I would truly recommend this stay. It is a great location.

The accommodation and the services that they offered were really personalized. It felt like we were living in a vacation home with a personal touch and and a five star service. Lucy and Yves were like our parents during the stay 🤣. They taught us the shortcuts and the way to go against the crowd in going to the national park. Food was also prepared well. Worth every penny to spend. Once you've book this hotel, you don't have to worry anything, everything will be arranged accordingly - they were so responsive to our queries as well.

Milica who was our contact at the property was very helpful and obliging in the lead-up to us arriving and then in helping organise a breakfast-to-go for the morning we wished to enter the National Park early. The breakfast and dinners were fine for a small clientele. The rooms were clean and in quaint chalets. We loved that there was a walk that you could do to lookouts from the accomodation without having to enter the park but also that we could walk to an unofficial entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park easily from the hotel.

The property is very nice, the facilities amazing. It is located just near the Plitvica national park in a beautiful location and a super cute village. The host is extremely nice and help full. Only small minus is that the apartment is a bit small do four people but it doesn’t affect the stay so much

The property is very close to a secret entrance into Plitvice Park (only 5 mins away). The room was clean and cosy, the host were very helpful and friendly. We decided to eat dinner at the hotel as well as havinf breakfast the following day and the food was exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
