Jasmine was a fantastic host - she was always on hand to help or answer any questions. Breakfast was good and dinner on two nights was top quality - the tuna in particular cooked to perfection. Room was comfortable with a good-sized bed and tea & coffee in the room. Location was in easy walking distance of the convenient (but little advertised) 3rd entrance to the park.

It definitely makes the difference being received in a kind and helpful way (e.g. giving hints for the Plitvice Lakes walk). Really Good breakfast also a plus. It has Parking lot. For those with tickets to visit the Plitvice Lakes, there is an entrance within walking distance from the Hotel. The overall quality of the experience was superb.

Honestly it can’t get any better than this. Great staff, brand new place, great location close to entrance 3 of the park. You must purchase the ticket in advance and you will need to drive 10-15 for most restaurants. The place was peaceful in the top of the mountain. We did the host recommended hike and we did about 12km in total.

Big and comfortable room, very close to the park, also nice balcony and beautiful surroundings. So it was very relaxing and we got a nice stay there. The B&B Plitvica Hill was great. The owner was there to answer any questions and help you get settled in. The room are all new and very well set up. The beds were great. My wife and I would sleep to much.

Really unique & beautiful interlinked lakes, the whole area...

Really unique & beautiful interlinked lakes, the whole area was gorgeous. Entrance 3 is a secluded and easy entrance to use with parking around there. We went at 3:30 pm and it was perfect, fewer people. It took us 3-3.5 hrs to leisurely walk around the lake, take the boat and the bus back. Its worth it to spend the night in the area to visit the lakes in the afternoon or morning. There is place to eat & drink near the boat area, which was reasonable.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want to visit Plitvice Falls. It’s a short walk to entrance 3. Jasmine, the hostess was amazing. She gave us all the information we needed to tour the park and try to avoid crowds as much as possible. Added bonus the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. If I was an owner of inn, I’d want a manager just like Jasmine. She went above and beyond.

Lakes and water falls were very unusual and visually stunning. Price of entry is high 150 euro for 5 including 2 kids. Have been to see many other fantastic areas in other countries and usually entry is free or much less. Glad I visited the lakes but would not go back again. Once is enough

It's the best place if you want to walk Plitvice Lakes park,...

It's the best place if you want to walk Plitvice Lakes park, in my case I stayed 3 days because I like walking almost every path 😊. If you're a fast walker you can do the park in just one day but it's better to take your time, that place is dreamy. Plitvica Selo is a tiny location where you can go to the park via entrance #3 where you can avoid loooooong lines waiting.

The location is amazing.

The location is amazing. The lookout at the top of the main park waterfall is a short walk from the premises. The quiet serenity of the area is remarkable. Getting up early for a walk in the misty paths was a true treasure. The room is truly comfortable and homely with all amenities required. Host Ante is a great cook and also shared ideas and things to do with our upcoming stays in Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik, which helps a lot in especially choosing a restaurant. I would truly recommend this stay. It is a great location.

The location is perfect, the hotel is a family place, clean perfectly, comfortable and the food is very very tasty... really wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom very nice and clean. You are being taken care in a very warm and wellcoming way. I strongly recommend to stay there at least two nights. We sure that we will come back one day...
