We particularly enjoyed how welcomed Marina made us feel. Her genuine concern we were having a good time, had some moments to relax, her local recommendations for family friendly places and traditional treats really made us feel at home away from home. Property was sparklingly clean and well equipped with all we would need to be comfortable and cook for our family. Beds were super comfy and the terrace was perfect for breakfasts al fresco with a view. Good location not far from Zadar nor Nin and easy access to major roads elsewhere. Supermarket options very close to property. Aircon was also a lifesaver during the heatwave!

Almost everything was perfect. The apartments are newly built, all equipment looks as brand new. Very clean on arrival, ready even before the check-in time (we arrived at noon). Since no one was renting after us, we arranged a late check out on the last day, to be able to leave at 8pm and spend one more day in the area. We loved the area and Nin overall a lot. Not at all "touristy", no giftshops or anything anywhere around, just regular shops for locals etc. which was excellent. Quiet street with locals living in the neighboring houses -- no parties or pools around. Still -- fruit stand, bakery, grocery store and one restaurant were very close. Not far to Nin center (15 min walking to the lower bridge). We drove to the Queen's beach every day, it's 2-5 minutes to the parking lot. You can also walk to the Zaton beach (about 20 minutes walk through the camp) - camp's side entrance is 5 minutes away. Rented directly by the owner living in the very same building -- she maintains the property very well and does not take any "shortcuts" as an employee might. She's around when you need something or want to ask what to do around. Excellent coffee maker and dishwasher. Nice furniture, beds without any problems. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in the area in the future.

The location of the apartment is amazing- very peaceful, beautiful view from the balcony, 5 minutes walk to the old city and 5 minutes to one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. The host was very welcoming, flexible about check in- and out times, and even greeted us with a cheese and meat platter and cold drinks in the fridge.

We had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel. The hosts and staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and approachable. Breakfast was delicious and varied – you can truly tell it was prepared with love. The private, spacious, and free parking area was a big plus, as it’s in the shade during the day and well-lit at night. We were also impressed by the complimentary coffee available at any time of the day – such a thoughtful touch. The pool area was clean, with plenty of sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a shower, and even an outdoor toilet. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean – truly no complaints at all. The location is excellent: supermarkets are just a 4-minute drive away, and beautiful beaches are within a 10-minute walk. The entire courtyard is filled with flowers and fruit trees, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Another big plus: we were allowed to use the parking and pool even after checkout, which we greatly appreciated. We truly commend the hosts for their wonderful hospitality – they made us feel at home and taken care of throughout our stay. All in all, this was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly recommend this aparthotel to anyone planning to stay in Zaton.

The hostess was very attentive and polite, always responding quickly to my messages. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure was low, and she kindly let me check in early so I could rest. The apartment itself was excellent—everything was new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location was also very convenient

Location is close to the city center and parking is available on premises. There is not much traffic so it is quiet. Hosts were really outgoing, friendly and flexible with any of our needs. The apartment is well equipped with anything you would need for your stay, with an equipped kitchenet, roomy kitchen/living room and two large bedrooms.
