The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located high but with a gentle approach. We had a few minutes walk to the beach. We were in Primosten for the third time and were enchanted by the beautiful, wide beaches, so everyone will find a place for themselves. We spent a 2 nice weeks there. In June there are not so many tourists yet, so the city and beaches are not crowded. Thank you for the nice time we spent.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The host was very friendly and helpful, and even made our dog feel welcome. The host immediately told us where to find shops and cafes around the city. Parking is right next to the house, spacious and convenient. The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is cozy and incredibly beautiful. All the city’s beaches are within walking distance. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to others

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even had a lovely terrace with a sitting area where we could dry our clothes. The location in the old city center was perfect - beaches, shops, and restaurants were all very close by. The owner, Zlatko, was extremely kind and helpful. After check-out, he even let us leave our luggage in another apartment which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well equipped — everything we needed was there, and even more. The location is just perfect: only a 5-minute walk to the beach, the charming old town, and several great restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We had a great vacation in this apartment. It was very clean and spaceious and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well equipped and also the bathrooms. It was a plus with two bathrooms since we were 4 adults and one child. The beds were very good and the bed linens, just like in a hotell. We loved the direct poolacess from the big terass and the pool area was 10/10. The pool was perfectly heated. Everything in the apartment is of very good quality. Nice location in a new developed area. Short walk downtown and to the beaches. We will definitely come back to Pearl Garden.

The location in the old city center was perfect - beaches, shops, and restaurants were all very close by. The owner, Zlatko, was extremely kind and helpful. After check-out, he even let us leave our luggage in another apartment which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Primosten is a beautiful spot for a relaxing holiday. We definitely will come back in the not to distant future. It's very easy to find your way around. We would highly recommend Primosten for all ages. Fabulous restaurants to choose and reasonably priced.

Beautiful little town, clean and charming, especially at sunset and at night.. A lot of cozy restaurants near the sea, beautiful ambi-lights making it even more charming.. Beautiful church on the top of the hill, with the magnificent view. Loved it!

We have been to Primosten since 2006, 4 times, sailed in a rented boat. A picturesque peninsula (Primosten is bigger than just this peninsula), with small stone houses and lots of restaurants and tourist traps. Recommend reading reviews of restaurants. Visit restaurant Capocesto, high-class food and excellent service. Primosten is still a cozy place with its history. Wonderful turquoise water and nice beaches all around. Pebbles though, swimming shoes are needed.

There's a lot to do there, a lot of active programs and realxing options. Restaurants are generally good, larger cities are near I would say, so it's a good place to do some trips elsewhere even.

Beautiful beach and crystal clear water.

Beautiful beach and crystal clear water. It is much smaller than Split or even Trogir and we loved that. Easily walkable and breathtakingly beautiful. Restaurants were excellent and vibe was VACATION!

During our entire stay, we only went on one trip to the Krka...

During our entire stay, we only went on one trip to the Krka National Park, otherwise Primošten was more than enough for us. Every evening there was a musical program in the town, you could sit in a different restaurant every evening and taste their specialties or just wander around the town, which was small but very cozy.

- nice, helpful owners - one of a kind location with perfect calming view from the apartment - well-equipped super clean apartment with full kitchenware - large comfortable bed - unique in the entire area exit from the apartment straight to the sea - you get your own place by the sea with your own sunbeds - a great place for those who prefer a quiet, peaceful area rather than the slightly louder and more crowded (but still charming and beautiful) Primosten, which is 5 km away.

The apartment is in a nice place - on the"back" of Primosten Old Town, near where you want to be, but distant enough to avoid noise (not that Primosten is exactly "noisy" off the main square anyway). Host was affable and accomodating in terms of chackout. Balcony overlooks the sea, through bushes. Ok-enough-seeming kitchenette, but Primosten dining is rather good and I didn't try to cook. The bathroom appears to have been fairly recently renovated.

This ticks off all boxes - complete picture is correct: Location is super and with 10 min walk you are on the nicest beach of Primosten + view is nice from balcony/garden + it is modern/upscale and new + free parking + nice and complete facilities + airco + nice livingroom/bedroom/bathroom + nice owner (contact via mail/booking/whatsapp)

Everything about this property was excellent. Ivan, our host was friendly and helpful. Parking and pickup is included in the price. The studio apartment in the old town is very comfortable with all amenities needed. Would recommend a stay in apartment Azalea in the beautiful town of Primošten.

Lovely location, great to have a pool, foosball, and a barbeque area while watching the most beautiful sunsets. The free allocated parking in Primošten was also a big plus. Communication was prompt and clear. It is about 4km out of town, but we really enjoyed that option.
