Location is amazing. Close to the the national park and very close to the Tommy supermarket. The hostess was very nice, she checked us in quickly and even gave us nice welcome drinks. She is a wonderful lady tried making conversations but knows little English.

Spacious and clean room with sweet balcony. View from the wooden swing was just amazing and so relaxing. Breakfast was perfect, such variety even though we were the only guests. Received a home made welcome drink, which was really kind.

2 big bedrooms and good size lounge which we used as a 3rd bedroom. Kitchen was well equiped to cook your own meals. Dining area and table good size for 6 people. Very spaciouse outside under cover area with large table to relax with lovely views over the valley. Close to restaurants, grocery shop and bakery. Central for visiting different place of interest.

You really need several days to visit what that place has to...

You really need several days to visit what that place has to offer. Don’t miss the Spelaton center and Barać caves. We been on Barac Traill race and the organizers really do the best of them. Also don’t miss the fast food in rakovica on road by the Apartment green park with delicious burgers.

We stayed here primarily to visit Plitvice national park but...

We stayed here primarily to visit Plitvice national park but the area was beautiful, a complete contrast to the Croatian coastline. It felt very Austrian in influence with chalet style houses, lots of green countryside and flowers. It was also a lot cheaper to eat out and buy coffees/ice creams than on the coast. Plitvice was incredible (although v hot and busy in August). I would like to go back at a quieter time as there were long queues to get on the boats which was not ideal in the heat with children. It was a shame that there is nowhere you are allowed to swim as we would have enjoyed the opportunity to cool off!

One of the most beautiful place I ever went.

One of the most beautiful place I ever went. There are great restaurants nearby with very good and authentic food! The apartament has everything but a washing machine for laundry or any laundry place/dry cleaner nearby.

A great location to get active.

A great location to get active. We did kayaking on the upper river Mreznica - Slunj, which was wonderful. We did this through the Hotel Mirjana&Rastoke, and they were excellent guides. We also visited the Plitvice Lakes for a day and did a great hike around the National Park.

We stayed in the spacious and immaculate top floor of a large recently built timber house. Comfy bed, great wifi, lots of outside space for parking and sitting. Large kitchen lounge area with cooking facilities and large wood burner with wood, though we didnt need this in October. 10 mins drive to good local eateries. Countryside setting. Try nearest Pizzeria 5 min drive or 16 lakes hotel for food.

Great little hotel very close to the Plitvice Lakes national park. Very quiet and laid back. Nice big rooms with a large bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Large swimming pool, made use of it on both our nights here, as it was very hot in Croatia. Super friendly owner who really made us feel at home. Would definitely come back.

Very nice, clean apartment lacated in Rakovica, near to Plitvicka jezera. I recommend the breakfast, which is really great. All the staff very hodpitable and kind. Very close to the apartment is also something like food truck with absolute amazing burgers, or fish and chips.

Fantastic for kids, heaps of small little corners to play, a lot of toys, campfire etc. A lot of space in the house, kitchen utensils and cooking stuff (pepper, salt..) avaliable. Much better location to stay to visit the waterfalls than the hotels along the main road.
