The beach is 5 minutes away. Zadar Beach is 30 minutes away. The house was very clean and the location was good. It was the perfect place for us. The kids had a great time playing pool.

Our stay in the apartment was an exceptional experience. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and helpful, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. An added bonus was the wonderful beach nearby. The accommodation perfectly met our expectations. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, a balcony and AC. There was a shop and the beach right across the street. The shared bathroom was clean and I only had to wait for a few minutes once. I've read many reviews complaining about the staff. Based on my experience, the owner only knows a few words of English, but she is very friendly and helpful. I always got the information I needed, and we even had a nice chat by combining different languages. The only other staff member we met was the cleaning lady, who only speaks Croatian but always greets you with a smile or a few words. The breakfast was really nice. There were three types of cereal, apples, bread, toast, jams, Nutella, honey, processed cheese, biscuits, salty cheese, millet porridge, coffee, tea, milk, and water. After a while, the owner also brought chilled water, fruit juice, and scrambled eggs to each table. Unfortunately, we left too early because pancakes were being prepared in the kitchen :) Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily have stayed a few more days.

It has everything needed for vacation with babies - extra bed, feeding table. The hosts are very pleasant, our room was ready earlier. One night they treated us with grilled fish and shrimps, very delicious at no extra costs. We had beach front apartment with big terrace and a stunning view.

Ražanac is a small sleepy town with a very rocky beaches.

Ražanac is a small sleepy town with a very rocky beaches. Please wear shoes. Really hot place during summer. Downtown is not completely renovated, there are trashy places just in the center which needs to be fixes as soon as possible. But in general, it's nice place with good potential. There are only a few restaurants, and prices are a bit too high as for me. Maybe I'm wrong. Basically, the only entertainment during a day is a sea, and during night some beer bar

The flora and fauna in the sea was amazing, it's a paradise if you enjoy snorkeling. We even saw squids and crabs. In the town we saw a turtle and a rabbit. Ražanac is a quiet little town that offers some very nice fish restaurants. There are a lot of things to see and do nearby (e.g. island of Pag, Nin, Privlaka and Zadar). On the beach you can find many trees if you want to sit in the shade. It was not very crowded.

A small and quiet town, perfect for a family vacation.

A small and quiet town, perfect for a family vacation. The beaches are well-maintained, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. A bakery and a market are close by. There's a pretty church and the remains of historic buildings. All the beaches offer beautiful views of Velebit, a mountain range made of sedimentary rocks on the opposite side of the bay.

Safe, quiet, and offers everything you need. Not overcrowded! Friendly locals and a very well-maintained coastal village steeped in history. The supermarkets have a limited selection, but the large city of Zadar, with all its amenities, is about a 30-minute drive away.

The village itself held little interest for me.

The village itself held little interest for me. However, the house was in a very quiet location, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. It was close to the island of Pag and Zadar. The only slight drawback (but Croatia is large and spread out) is that you need a car for everything, and it takes time... But it's still magnificent!

A small town, already growing.

A small town, already growing. Last year it was less "repaired" but there is already a nice little promenade, more playgrounds for children and towards the center they are starting to repair the town more..but it is really a small but beautiful town. Everything is here...doctor, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, butcher shop, bakery...great

Very nice nad spacious accomodation, helpfull hosts. Quiet , discreet enviroment,full of greenery, beach with sun loungers right next to the accomodation. Wifi and possibility to grill. In the surroundings possibility of various excursions, fishing, shopping in city Pag, healing mud in Nin, safari tour in Starigrad, excavations.church on the hill opposite, partly sandy unofficial beach in the village Razanac, turtles in the wild etc ..

Everything! Location, apartment was stunning and the views were beautiful, all you need in an apartment. The staff especially Danijela and the girls at the pool area (who make magic pizzas 🍕) where just lovely, so so helpful and friendly couldn't do enough for you. The wee town of razanac is lovely, great places to eat. Couldn't fault this place. Definitely recommend

Appartmant is located in pictoresque village of Razanac in walking distance from the beach. Its new, very clean and large enough to accomodate family of five people. Appartment has all needed accesories including washing machine, Wifi, cable TV and Air Con. Jadrana is brilliant host, we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely recommend it.

The villa is amazing. White sheets big batrooms, very comfy beds. Lov3ly gardenia and terrace great pool. We Werę welcome by Cheese board fruits and home Oil Olive. Very Nice houseowners. Razanac its place away from croud of people i reccomend 100%
