I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation house, and I can't express how amazing our experience was. House is located about a 20-minute drive from Gracac, providing peace and quiet. The owner welcomed us with homemade pastries (ustipci), pancetta, and rakija, and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. The house itself is beautifully renovated, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room offers a stunning view of the garden, and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The highlight for us was the sauna and the hot tub in the garden, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The thoughtful amenities, including books, board games, karaoke, and outdoor activities like volleyball and dartboard, provided endless entertainment. The entire house is filled with wooden details that add a special charm to the stay. The house has ample parking space and a separate room for grilling meat. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure our every need was met. I can't recommend this vacation house enough. It truly felt like a piece of paradise, offering tranquility and luxury in equal measure. If you're looking for a perfect getaway, this is the place to be. We will definitely be coming back!

The location is just perfect. It is he house is secluded, but that's perfect because you're alone with nature. In the morning, you can hear birds, and the source of the Zrmanja river, where you can swim, is very close. Nearby, we saw wild horses and a fox. Don't worry about the fox because rabies has been eradicated in Croatia, so there are no rabid animals. All in all, for those who love unspoiled nature, this is heaven on earth. We'll definitely be returning soon...

You can likely feel from the photos that you'll able to find some serenity, peace and quiet here and that is absolutely accurate. The countryside in the area is beautiful and reminds one of the cinematography commonly found in westerns and apparently there have indeed been a number of westerns filmed in this area. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with basics to get you started and with a bonus of some delicious homemade and local delicacies and refreshments which was very kind and thoughtful of the hosts. There were plenty of clean and soft towels of various sizes and lots of storage space for our things throughout the apartment. Our family prefers smaller and thinner pillows, so the ones here were a bit too big for us but the beds are very comfortable and it is important to note in this heat that each room has its own AC if needed (and each has a TV as well). The wifi was great in any of the rooms. There are 3 terraces/balconies, so you can make the most of the shade/sun. The hot tub was a hit as well and it's nice to have comfy lounge chairs to watch the starry sky at night. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and helpful. The village is very small and has no amenities so it's wise to stop in one of the neighbouring towns (Knin is about 25 minutes away) on your way here to get any provisions you might need. There are a lot of beautiful spots in the area to explore so if you'd like a vacation, or a part of your vacation, to include some peace and quiet, off the beaten path, Holiday House Zrmanje Vrelo could be the perfect base for you. We would definitely stay here again. Our sons (15 and 13), and our dog, especially loved it and enjoyed trekking to the source of the Zrmanja river. We were sorry we couldn't stay a couple more nights to really relax and unwind but are grateful we found this gem for future trips.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation is in a fantastic location, in a quiet area next to a barely trafficked road, which was perfect for relaxing. The place itself was very nice and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The host was truly kind and helpful. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank her for everything. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!

Really big Apartment with good equipment for cooking and a lot of beds

The hostess is a beautiful, strong, independent woman who has made her property a paradise. Every detail on the plot is carefully thought out and perfectly integrated. You can feel the beautiful energy 🍃 it's just like from a fairy tale. Unfortunately we were only there for one night but we will be back at the first opportunity 🌞🙏
