Location, location, location. There are 50 meters to a small gem of a beach and a lot of other lovely beaches in close vicinity that you can discover on foot or on a paddle-up board. The house is spacious, it has a lot of outdoor space on the balconies and terrace, and a BBQ facility. You wake up to the sound of birds and the sea and one day we were even lucky enough to see dolphins from the terrace! We stayed there at the end of October, when there were only a few people in the village - you need to bring your own food at that time of the year, but you get a lot of privacy, quietness, and star gazing in the evenings.There are two bedrooms, one open towards the stairs that leed to the living room, another one in which an additional bed can be placed. The house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved every second of our stay.

They really have a fantastic costumer service, every member of the staff deserves a raise/bonus. 👏 The location is also great right at the sea & they also have a beach bar there, so, cocktails are always by your side. Again, the staff were super helpful, always with a smile on their face, we felt so welcomed there. They keep the hotel super clean, all the time. The parking is free & they accept dogs, so our shih-tzu also loved the stay. Oh, and they have a guy at the breakfast right outside making you as many different styles of eggs as you want, so also the breakfast is great. We must say the whole experience was so over our expectations, and we will definitely come back here for a quick getaway. Also, my wife was pregnant, so we would definitely recommend this hotel for baby-moons as it was super comfy for everything.

We stayed a total of 11 nights at the hotel, in the period of cold spring weather, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The apartment was heated, the bathroom floor had heating; everything was technically of high quality and the beds exceptionally comfortable. It was tidy and clean and the staff were accommodating. All in all a very good stay. Very quiet, lovely natural surroundings.

Accommodation was great.

Accommodation was great. Access to the beach easy for people who don't mind walking down path to the sea. It's not recommended, in my opinion for people with a walking Issues as the path to the sea is very steep and walking up and down might be challenging. Sea is crystal clear, beaches are small and look very private. Have a water shoes as a walk over different sizes pebbles is difficult and not pleasant if you didn't have that experience.

It is a super small town which is great if you are looking...

It is a super small town which is great if you are looking for a chill vacation. Be aware of the hills if you are bringing people who have difficulties moving around. The hill from the beach to the accommodation is short but pretty steep. It is a good starting point for hikes. It would have been extra nice if Stara Baska had a bakery......

Stara Baska is at the end of a narrow street, which most...

Stara Baska is at the end of a narrow street, which most Tourists don’t go to. This means you have a chance to visit your own piece of paradise there with all the things you need (like a nice quiet beach and a couple of restaurants). Before you follow the road, don’t forget to stock up on food in Krk, there’s a small market which has fresh veggies and fruit, but only limited options in case you like to make your own dinner.

Little information about boat rentals, very little understanding of Italian in restaurants (only English and German). Italian TV channels are nonexistent, but perhaps that way you can enjoy the view more.

A small town with sparsely populated beaches, everyone will find something to suit their needs. A few restaurants and a grocery store are available. No magnets with the town's name on them are available for purchase. Stunning views at the entrance to the town.

A quiet village away from the hustle and bustle of the city, very clean sea, many natural beaches to choose from, the possibility of hiking and buying honey directly from beekeepers, three restaurants with mixed and seafood cuisine, a campsite nearby, narrow road in some places, close to the towns of Punat, Krk and Nova Baška for shopping, sightseeing and excursions.

Beautiful, calm and quiet location of Stara Baska for people, who want to a stay away from overcrowded places. Original, 2-floor holiday house with all necessary facilities, including washing machine. Close to the beach, ~10 minutes walk from marina and restaurants. Private parking spot few min walk from the house, (which is in walking zone). Very nice and helpful hosts Damir and Ivana 😄. Definitely for people with a car, definitely worth of chosing!

The beach was great (small and a bit private). Location of the apartment. I think this location is one of the best you can get in Stara Baška. Tavern was very nice for evening gatherings. I liked that I could communicate with the owners via Whatsapp. Fast response time to resolve any issues. Great view from the terrace. There are a few trails in the area if you like walking.

An accommodation located basically at the end of the Stara Baska, tucked among narrow street so getting there may seem tricky, but it's worth it, as the staff is friendly, there are several beaches nearby, the same with the restaurants. Well recommended!

Stara Baska is amazing place. We liked the lot of hidden shores and the Zala beach. The location of the house was great with nice view to the sea. We spent only 3 days what was too short to see all.
