I had a fantastic stay! Everything was very nice, and the location was very approachable. The value for money was excellent. We didn’t have a car and thank goodness we had Dinner B&B All the staff made the hotel fun and friendly and recommend as a beautiful place to be and to swim relax and let go … there were no distractions

This place is a hidden gem. We went to various beaches and coves on Hvar, and none were as good as the little beach we had on our doorstep during our stay. Getting up every morning for a swim with no one around is just priceless. The balcony we had was also amazing. Perfect view for a lovely breakfast. One thing though, if you plan to explore the island, a car is a must, as there's really nothing but natural around Apartments Rubin.

who is looking for peace and a wonderful atmosphere, this is the right place for you. The small lack of the apartment (kitchen part) is largely compensated with the restaurant they own with excellent food, affordable prices, ambiance and friendly staff. Beautiful sea.

Sucuraj is a peaceful, charming town, perfect for a relaxing stay away from the crowds. The sea is very close, so you can reach the beach easily from almost anywhere. There are plenty of good restaurants serving local dishes. Another big advantage is its location right by the ferry, so you don’t need to drive across the entire island on narrow, winding roads.

Sucuraj is very small.

Sucuraj is very small. Church, three restaurants, two cafes, bakery, three small markets, small playground. The prices in restaurants were very high - and very similar in every one of them. Cheapest pizza was 12 EUR, but something else starts from 15 (cevapcici). Fish dishes - 20 EUR+. That is expensive, comparing to prices on shore.

Quiet little village, not much to do but you can walk and...

Quiet little village, not much to do but you can walk and swim and there are not many people, tourists. The village beach is small, pebble, not too special, but if you reach your chest, it is sandy. The beach of the nearby campsite, on the other hand, is perfect for families, with a sandy beach

The village itself is beautiful, with an old-fashioned feel.

The village itself is beautiful, with an old-fashioned feel. The local people cultivate the land themselves, from which they produce wine, olives, honey. They have their own fishing. Tourism should be boosted because this is what Sucuraj lives on. Pogorilla beach is very beautiful, Mlaska camp is also very good. There is a sandy beach with a quiet Pojma beach.

A small town far from the crowds, it still offers delicious food and the locals are very friendly. Nearby is a beautiful bay (Perna Beach) with shallow water and a sandy bottom, free of sea urchins.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The host is extremely honest and kind — we had booked two nights but could only stay one due to an unforeseen change, and even though it was non-refundable, she returned the money for the unused night. The village is peaceful, with great food and beautiful clear waters. It’s more than an hour from Hvar town, but if you’re looking for calm, lovely beaches and no crowds, this is the perfect place.
