Rooms are small but nice and clean, they have a bike room where you can store your bike. It’s close to the beach, deck chairs and towels included in the price, also wellness and fitness which we didn’t use because the weather was very nice. Staff was nice and chatty. Food tasted great and there was many options you could choose from. I would definitely recommend. It was a great stay

The hotel is impecable. Clean, with really nice staff, very well organized. We had half-board and the food was all through out very good. The location is great: sea front with sea view from almost every room, in a quiet area of Umag. Facilities were great: we had plenty to choose from (sea with concrete & stairs entry, pool, small public beach with sand and small water entrance, aquapark with activity team for kids, inflatable water park in walking distance, all kinds of water sports, tree park with shade in front of sea, enough sun beds, yoga in the morning or pool aerobics). Rooms were good size, with confortable beds, very well sound proofed. Short distance to Motovun, Groznjan, or Jama Grotta Beredine, Rovinj,Trieste. Evening events with music was tastefull and low key.

Mostly Everything was great except a couple of things… The staff were super friendly (even when my youngest accidentally broke the decor from the table) One night for dinner it was soo full (our last night) we got sent back to the lobby to wait (they said about 30mins) BUT they came back to get us within 5mins that they had a table ready for us.

Post season Umag seems like a cozy small town.

Post season Umag seems like a cozy small town. I expected more but then maybe my expectations were set too high considering its a popular destination for locals. Although I only stayed there for one night, I can't provide a comprehensive report but we did manage to walk around the city and resort complex. The location seems ideal for an activities holiday destination with a lot of parks and paths for walking/hiking, bike riding, etc.

The town of Umag has a charming coastal feel particularly at the historic centre. There are plenty of food options, lovely sunsets and a motorised 'train' to transport people from their resorts and hotels to the town for only 4€. Prices overall are very reasonable compared to other European destinations.

The see was dirty so we had to find some other activity.

The see was dirty so we had to find some other activity. And we found a lot. We were walking in the natural park and met a turtle. We were in Marble cave and it was great. We were vititing Groznjan and Buje, both beautitiful cities. And some waterfalls, absolutely amazing. At last it was one of my best holiday. So there are a lot of other activities possible to do in case os dirty see :)

Exactly as we were expecting!

Exactly as we were expecting! And ideal place for a holiday with 7 year old child. Many beautiful places. Very nice people. Small but comfortable city. Clean sea. Lots of attrations and things to do. Cheap comparing to other places. Delicious food

matrass quality was not that good to sleep on a day before a big ultra run, and for the days to recover. room temperature was also way to high around 24 25 °C while it was much cooler outside. even with the windows open it wouldnt cool down, and the air circulation system did not work while windows were closed.

Lovely seaside small town. Walkable and bikeable streets. A few beaches nearby. Amazing restaurant strip on the seashore. Family friendly activities during the day. Day trips by boat to see dolphins. Friendly locals. A few older churches and bell tower, all free to visit. Not bustling, more of a relaxed vibe. Gorgeous views of the sea. A great day trip, or to stay for 2-3 nights. Bring a car but be prepared to pay for hourly parking by the sea as street parking is difficult (1.5 euro/hr, 31 euro 24 hrs).

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was excellent - very clean and well-equipped. The location is apsolutely perfect - right on the beach, which has soft sand and shallow water, ideal for small children. There is also natural shade and a lovely park nearby, making it great for families. Communication with the host was fantastic - friendly, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place, especially for families with young kids. We would definitely come back!

Everything was lovely! The location was perfect, view of the sea from the balcony, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfy and the baby bed provided. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and it's a big plus to be able to have a barbecue! Marija was so friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back.

Really nice staff - all of them. The food quality was great. A big selection at dinner (meat, fish, vegetarian) and also at breakfast. The room was clean and cosy. The hotel is at nice location. You can walk to Umag center (cca 30min). There is also a turistic train (4€ per ride/adult). We stayed only one night but it was a really nice visit.
